Beautifully restored, this old Nectary was once the hub of all nectar-making. Convenience stores and fast food caused this gem of a place to become derelict. But recent interest in traditional nectars from across the world have caused a flurry of investors to start a bidding war in the hopes of gaining a monopoly in the market. The Havenwood County Corp. gained the upper hand, and thus began the meticulous work of restoring this once proud building into something to be marvelled at. Now HCC are calling any brave Sims willing to invest their time and money into this beautiful building by re-constructing it in their towns...
