Unable to get to my profile

I just registered and was going to set up my profile before posting. Add an avatar, a signature, etc.

However, when I clicked on Profile, it asks me if I want to delete my account. Which I don't. I just made it.

Is there some post count I must reach before I get access to that as spam prevention? I looked through all of the threads in the Rules and Announcement threads to make sure it wasn't mentioned and if it was I missed it.

Alright. At least it isn't some terrible unfixable glitch. I guess I'll be making some posts then
