Painting Books in Logic Guide

I was reading through the Logic Skill Guide and I noticed that the section says something about Toddler Books but I'm almost certain it says the 3 books for the painting skill.

The 3 toddler books to increase painting skill are:
Finger Painting 101
Handprints of the Masters
Don't Stay Within the Lines

You can also send your high school teen to Art classes after school on Mondays & Thursdays if you missed the books as toddlers.

I gave my kid the Artistic trait and did all that and now as an adult, he paints brilliant or masterpiece paintings all the time.  Interestingly the paintings are invariably impressionist style ... either that, or I'm playing without my glasses again...

I've seen that too! I've used them for painting skills but I've never gotten logic out of it too. So it could be a mistake?

The guide does in fact have the wrong books listed. The Logic toddler books should be:
Squares Are Not Triangles
Counting For Those Who Cannot
Being Smart For Fun And Profit.

I'm probably posting this in the wrong place but couldn't see where it fits.  Newbie's honour! [Begs for forgiveness, now]

Has anyone else got a problem with "Counting for Those who Cannot".  My mama Sim has almost finished reading that book to toddler when a papparazzi got stuck in the fence and guest child kept running around with plate in hand trying to ... (don't know what) ... so I had to resetSim *.  The papparazzi and guest child went.  However, the book disappeared and didn't count in the five books read to said toddler.  So papa Sim buys book next day and reads it to both toddlers (twins) fine.  Baby brother has now aged up and the book has disappeared again!  Mama Sim buys book at bookstore but the book doesn't appear in her inventory or in any of the bookcases.  I sent her back and bought two more.  These didn't show up in inventory but the cost was deleted from the family budget.

So I quit the game and reloaded.  Mama has now lost all her wishes and still no book!  Any ideas?

This is off topic for this thread, but I'll give you my quick answer.  I've had toddler books glitch like that and could never figure out why.  I guess they're just glitchy sometimes.  Next time you have a question that's not specific to the thread, you can do a search to see if there's already a topic about it and, if not, go ahead and start a new one for your question.
