Union Cove Map? (Spawn map)

Is there any sort of map/guide to where special seeds/death fish/etc. are located in Union Cove? A map would be a very helpful tool, if there isn't one yet. Thank you in advanced. 

EDIT: I am talking about a map, similar to the Sunset Valley map in Carl's guide.

While I don't have a map, I do have CAW file and just checked all the places for special seeds spawners

There are 12 of them.
3 are in the "jungle" area near the river mouth, between the road and the river, closer to road.
1 is near empty 40x40 beach lot, toward pier.
1 is across the street fro the side of dive bar, toward goth houses.
2 are next to sciene, another 2 further down that path behind crater.
1 at lake beach, behind Little Victor house.
2 at golf course, one between Pam's Palace and waterfall lake, and another near the country club.

I hope description is good enough LOL

Hmmmm,  a map is a really good idea.  It took awhile for that to happen but it's an excellent idea.
