Oh my Celeste is one of the most beautiful female Sims I've seen born in game!

I was so surprised when she aged up like that! She's one of the prettier in-game Sims I've had, that's for sure. :)

Wonderful Sims and great set up -

Thank you. :)

I always liked Cyclon and am still confused why is Agnes grumpy in my game only - I hardly ever see any other expression from her in my games!

Cyclon is actually quite fun, though I did give him a mid-life-crisis to get rid of Inappropriate. And Agnes has never seemed that grumpy in my games, so that one I don't know.

Love the story and will continue to follow it!

Thank you! :D

Celeste is very pretty!

Quite.  :D

I love al the makeovers. I'm always glad when Agnes look nice, she don't deserve that aweful

I do wonder what the designers were thinking. With a bit of work, Agnes can look very nice.  Maybe that was the point?

Great update. ;D

Thank you.  There's more coming in a bit, I'm actually quite a head of my self, and gave myself a few scares while playing. :)

I think that that's the idea, yeah: all she needs is a little love.

To be fair, I didn't even think of her when I first started playing -- but until I got into the challenges here, I basically ignored the townies. . . .:P

So I was forced into patching to 1.33.

Maybe it will help my crashing.  Preliminary testing seems to show that things look ok, so here's hoping.  I actually ended up patching while the family was on vacation; and both the home lot (my pre-travel save) and them in France loaded up fine with no obvious problems.

Here's hoping!

I am hoping up some luck for you, it will surely keep your game from crashing anymore, and if that fails, you can always borrow my +5 stick of bug crushing.

I love Celeste and her fabulous wardrobe, she looks like something from a Tim Burton movie, and I think that is awesome!

Well, I haven't crashed since the update, so that at least looks promising!

Thank you.  I might need it.

I wasn't going for that look specifically, but yeah, she does look Tim Burton-ish -- and just so you know, she likes the idea, and considers it a great compliment. :D

Chapter Fifteen: The Influence of Young Love:

So it seems that little got in the way of everyday life in this family.  Honestly, a lot of my family life just. . . well, just is.

Aunt Agnes continues to paint,

while Father has really found his niche as the cook of the family.

He's also the resident repairman, it seems. Uncle Cycl0n3 breaks that thing consistently.

Mother still frantically tends her garden, worrying about if she can top out her career in time,

and she goes looking for special seeds with the collection helper Father got her, hoping against hope that they're money tree seeds.

Celeste has followed her artistic streak further, sculpting first in wood,

then in ice.

I think she might need a bit more practice before she can mimic Aunt Agnes' never-melting sculptures. . .

But all that got put aside on Prom night.  True to her word, Celeste agreed to go with me.

We weren't crowned Prom King or Queen, but that was fine; the company was more then good enough.

When I got home, I needed some air.

But after that, Celeste and I were attached at the hip.  We knew we were meant for each other.

But it wasn't just us.

Uncle Cycl0n3 showed Aunt Agnes that she was still beautiful, even if she was an Elder.  Honestly, they acted like small children.

Celeste says that we're contagious.

I'm not sure quite what she meant. . . .

Nope, no luck.  Crashed again; though I'll just do the usual of clearing all my caches and such and trying it again.  This time I saved almost immediately before, so I'm not as annoyed.

It really varies.  I just got them through a huge vacation in France, and it didn't crash once.   But now, it's crashing on me pretty commonly. *sigh*

Chapter Sixteen:  Holding Pattern:

So my crashing doesn't seem to have a solution, but clearing my cache files seems to stop it from repeating.  So. . . Onward!

Oh, yes, and if you've seen some of my other posts, you'll already know what Nickolas' Supermax is.

A Holding Pattern.  That was was what Mother called it while we waited for my Young Adult Birthday.

Well, to start with, I wanted to give Father something – he's been so wonderful to Mother and myself about this whole Dynasty issue.

So I gave him one of my souvenirs from a field trip – it's an actor's mirror (how it fit in that box, I don't know). I couldn't use it anyway, since the immortals are limited to one skill.

Oh, speaking of skills, I now know what I want to do, but I can't start it until I'm a Young Adult.  Mother won't let me travel before that.  It's one of the reason's everyone simply waiting.

But I'll come back to that.

Celeste has kept up her sculpting.  She's getting close to unmelting sculptures.

Though she still finds time between sculpting and homework to ambush me with pillows.

Uncle Cycl0n3 is still writing, churning out Fantasy Novels.  Between that and his job as a journalist, he spends most of his time on the computer.

Mother is -still- in her garden, stopping only to eat and sleep.  She's a bit frantic, as she's nowhere near the top of her career, and still hasn't gotten a Garden of Perfect Plants yet.  She doesn't have a lot of Money Trees, and I know she worries.

I'm a bit worried about her, but she insists she'll be fine.

Aunt Agnes has taken a slower pace to things, now that she's an Elder, and is currently slowly reading through our novel collection.

So. . . .

That holding pattern I mentioned?  Well, I'm about to break it.

France, here I come!

It is.  Usually I can just send her to the garden in the morning and she'll garden until her needs get too low. . . but that's why there's not a lot of story with Elisha now, because that's all she really does. I've found almost no money tree seeds (they've all been Flame Fruit), so getting the income for her Gardening Career's been a real pain.  *sigh*

I had that problem in my test-run. It's why Ariel was in Business for her immortality-gaining.
