Chapter Five: Not Technically Twins. . . So Agnes and Cycl0n3 did what every newly-wed couple do.
And they weren't the only ones . . .
Though we both found time for household chores, tasks and interests.
When I asked him how a hammer works on a toilet, he just shrugged and said 'it does.' I've learned not to ask these things.
I do sort of feel bad. Agnes has taken to the sculpting studio. I'm glad of that, because I'd like to have the ice sculptures like we did last time, it helps the magical energy --
What? Where did that come from? I really, -really- hate having knowledge I shouldn't!
Anyway, Agnes has taken to sculpting, and she doesn't mind making ice sculptures of us . . . but she's been so keen on it she didn't tell us about her birthday!
I have to admit, though, I didn't feel well for several days. . .
but even when I found out why, I didn't stop puttering about in my garden. It was one of the few things I could talk Chris into letting me do!
Though I still can't believe I'm going to have a kid. I don't quite think Chris believes it either.
And we're not the only ones expecting, either.
Agnes didn't let being pregnant stop her sculpting kick . . .
though usually, when she had coffee, it sent her running for the bathroom shortly after.
I was the unlucky soul who went into labour first.
But my son, Nickolas, was worth all the trouble.
Agnes, on the other hand, opted for a hospital birth.
So say hello to Celeste Crumplebottom.
I think they are both adorable. . . even if I'm going to get absolutely no sleep for the next while.
