Happy New Year. Consider this as a gift from Asia :D
« on: December 30, 2011, 05:06:20 PM »
Hi guys. After 4 days of building. Finally, I've just completed my house. And at this moment (in my country, it's 5 A.M-12/31/2011), I think, I'm gonna share this house to you guys as a gift for the upcoming year. Happy new year everyone...

Description about the house:

Lot side: 30x40
Value: 283.345$

It has 1 Living room, 1 kitchen, 1 open dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 master bed room), 3 bathrooms, 1 kids playground area (though, I didn't put anything on this room, because I think it's up to you to put whatever you want in this room :D), 1 garden area, 1 pool.

Note: All EP and SP (up to now), also included some Store Content, no CC (and no virus).

Nicely done! For a moment I thought you meant you've build your own house in The Sims 3. But now I assume this is your favorite ingame. :)

Plop it down on a chunk of personal owned land, I'd move there in a minute.  Very nice.  I used to not like Modern housing, but this one I like.

I have seldom liked modern builds.  Then I ran into Danefaith, who was the first to change my mind, then Zapkid who added to it, then finally you.  I can not build a modern, open house to save my life.  You have transcended everything in this build.  Elegance!  Style!  Comfort!  How did you manage to make something I usually consider cold and unfriendly into something so warm and inviting?  It is beyond excellent.  If I had the money, I would ask your ok and have someone build this house for me in real life so I could live in it.  I LOVE the gardens!  The roof top one is charming but the sand garden is so peaceful and relaxing!  I could spend hours there meditating.  Thank you so much for sharing this with us.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!
