Union Cove - The Forum's World

I recently installed Union Cove and I noticed that when I was at the festival lot, many of the sims kept playng the I'm stuck emotion in front of the kissing booths.  I'm not sure what they were trying to get at.  What could be causing this?

Were they using the kissing booth? Chances are they weren't able to and that is what is causing it, might be a glitch with the placement or something blocking access. See if your Sim can use it successfully, if not then just go into Edit Town and edit the lot and move the booth a bit.
