I have just seen the technical help section of the guide, in the section for clearing cache files, it should be specified for the batch file to insert your own game directory's, also for launching the game it should be direct to Sims3LauncherW.exe in the default game directory, since it is the new one that the game uses since patch 1.22 I think
Also I have wrote a
thread that talks about game lagging and ways to prevent it and delay it, Learned a lot when I was trying to deal with my issues I'm not very good with English, so maybe someone else can try to make an article out of it.
