Help! Where to post new topic?

Okay so I've been confused about this for a while.
What goes on the "general discussion" board and what goes on the "misc. help" board?
Also, what goes on the "share your sims stories and projects" board and what goes on the "misc. stories" board?

General Discussion is supposed to be where we just talk about various Sims 3 things.  Miscellaneous Help is supposed to be where you go if you have a specific issue need help with that doesn't really fall into the category of a specific Expansion Pack and isn't of a technical nature (game/computer mechanics).

The "Share Your Sims 3 Stories and Projects" board is basically the mother board for all stories.  The "Miscellaneous Stories" board is a child board, along with the Legacy Stories, Dynasty Stories, Project Stories, and Completed Dynasties.  Theoretically, all stories should be able to be categorized on one of the child boards.  However, a lot of people post on the main mother board.  If I see them, I generally move them to the more appropriate board.

Yeah it does. Just one more question, what would go on the "sims stories and projects" board?

The Project Board is for all of our player created rulesets that we submitted to Pam/Metro for evaluation, and their respective stories.

The motherboard isn't really for posting any stories.

The mother board is sort of a gray area.  Any of the stories on it would have to be miscellaneous stories because it's pretty strict about putting Dynasty and Legacy stories, etc. on the correct boards.  The mother board holds stories until someone realizes they could be in a better place.
