Cleopatra's ghost

I got this wish but have no idea how to find the ghost. Should I go to the graveyard in Egypt?

If not, then it would be  trek to Egypt (never really keen on visiting graveyards personally)

But that is cool, I would do it like a shot. Been trying to snap a few ghosts myself

In one of my games there was a paparazzi in Egypt named Cleopatra.

Whenever one of my sims roll that wish, it's directly related to the sim with that name. Like I had an evil sim join the criminal career, and he wished to see Claire's ghost. So wait for Cleopatra to die, or if she's already dead go to the cemetery and hope her ghost is out. Mine was granted by putting Claire in a little room hehe.

You can also go to the cemetary and click on the building, click manage the dead and see if anyone there is named Cleopatra.  Just a thought.

If you're Sim is Evil, Cleopatra may not even be dead yet.  Evil Sims get wishes to see the ghosts of living people after negative interactions with them.  In a round about way, they're essentially wishing them to be dead.
