I built the following house by request of bamjo92.

Hello. I have a request. I would like a 30x40 lot, luxury house. With all the unnecessary rooms, a separate study, library and exercise room. 6 bedrooms and a nursery. 3 to 4 bathrooms. Laundry room, no basement, fully furnished and landscaped. Also a pool. WA, AMB, LN, and free store content. I hope this isn't too much to ask. I hope some of these wonderful builders will take on this task.  Also price is not an object.

She has also gotten Generations (grats!)  Per her request, the property is named:

Perth Manor
Lot Size: 30x40
Build Location: 180 Redwood Pkwy, Sunset Valley
Bedrooms: 7
Bathrooms: 5
Cost when placed on X lot: $265,866
EP and SP: WA, AMB, LN, GEN, HELS

This substantial property boosts seven bedrooms (including a master suite, nursery, two twins and three doubles), and five full baths.  For comfort there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, separate dining and laundry facilities.  The kitchen has ample counter space and sliding doors lead to an eating terrace.  For entertainment the house provides a playroom for children, a game room, a media room for TV and video gaming, an exercise room, and an indoor pool with a hot tub.

Note:  The loft library/study has bookcases which contain all skill books available from the bookstore.  Also,  I made sure that two other bookcases in the library contained all other books you could buy and the bookcase in the playroom has all of the children skill books.  When the house is placed, the game will also generate random books for each of the bookcases so you’ll end up with some duplicates.

bamjo92 didn’t want a basement.  However, there’s room in the garage to add a staircase down to a basement for a wine cellar or skill area.

Here’s a front view of the house. And a youtube slideshow for the interiors:

This reminds me of one my lost dynasty houses.   I love it!

I wondered if we used the same floor plan.  I love your interpretation of it though.  Very nicely done Dellena.

Yep that's the house I used but I couldn't get the stairs to work and I was adjusting for it to be my steel dynasty lot and have everything I needed.  You did an awesome job Dellena.

Click on the youtube link :)

Also, Kiko pointed out I have a HEL tube in the build.  I'll have to replace it and upload an updated version although the game should replace it.

I feel I need to add something here since this house was built for me.
This house is such a joy to play in. The flow through out is uncluttered, clean, and makes sense. My sims do not get in each others way. I havent had any problems with stuff they can't get to, won't use or what not. Dellena is a wonderful builder, with great decorating sense.
Lord Perth, and many others Love this house.. Your simmys will too!

Also, feel free to request a home by PMing me! Always happy to help.

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

bamjo92 has me working on another one. :)  Should be posted in a week or so.  I'm building it in Hidden Springs which introduces some new objects.  So for those with Hidden Springs, you might like it for a large family.

I know I will LOVE it. Grats on hidden springs. I like it because of the sheer largeness.
