The last project turned out to be quite popular, so I'm ramping it up a notch this time around. This time, the first builder will build the shell of the house, and we'll be working in a limited space. Good luck!

RULES:
1.
You may only use Vanilla Sims 3 content. Vanilla Sims 3 is only the base game. As well as this, you are not allowed any Store Content, or Custom Content.
2. Please only build the room you signed up for.
3. Please do not change people's rooms without their permission. If you would like to alter a room slightly, ask the builder first. Outline any and all changes you wish to do - the builder can then tell you what they are comfortable with.
4. We will be working down the list of rooms - for instance, I will build the exterior, then whomever signs up to do the Foyer will download my house and build the Foyer.
5. We will be building in Sunset Valley, on 15 Summerhill Court (The Legacy Lot).
6. All Forum Rules apply.
7. When your build is done, upload it into this thread.
8. You're allowed to use any Build cheats provided they do not use items from EP's or SP's (BuyDebug)
9. You may use custom patterns and recolours from the Swap Shop. Be aware that patterns do not always transfer well.
10. You are permitted
two weeks to build your room.
11. It is highly recommended that you uninstall all of your modifications (mods) that you have in game before downloading the house.
12. If you are not participating in this project, you may download the house at any stage - but please do not alter it and upload it either here or the Swap Shop.The Final Product will be placed, by myself, into the Swap Shop, ready to be downloaded.
13. You must be patched up to at least Patch 1.29.
HOUSE SPECIFICATIONS:
The house is four bedroom, 3 and a half bathrooms.
This time around, we have a third person to help manage the project - please welcome the third person,
ZapKid.
According to Wiktionary, the definition for Ensuite is: A bathroom connected to a bedroom; a private bathroom (as opposed to a shared, public bathroom); Connected to a bedroom; As part of a series, in case anybody doesn't know.
