That looks great, sweetest pea!

If the wallpaper is missing, I'll add it in before I upload it.  :)

Hey Seabody,

Hubby PMed you about the outside wallpaper, but didn't hear back from you.  We're still up for it, if you want us to take care of that?

Amazing gym Adriana! It's not too feminine in my opinion.
But do you want some advice? Treadmills are supposed to be pointing at windows. That way people can look outside when running.
For sims this doesn't matter, but it gives that extra bit of reality.
Also, a special place for power liters is a good idea. If you do so, place a rubber floor underneath it. Every good gym has it, for in case someone drops a dumbell. ;)
Again, the floor won't add anything extra for sims, but for realism sake it will smooth the eye.
One last thing I am missing is swimming and some theme sport activities. Don't forget about the hidden skills for baseball and other balls.
A dancing area could be added so sims can train that too. And last not least, a bar (protein shakes) and a changing room (decorative) and showers.
Don't forget a sauna, if you have that! And a masage table.
Oh, and the sauna you can fake with the smog machine from the party part of the Buy Object category.
And... oh yes: a toilet or too within hand reach from the training area and a hot tub could do the trick as well.

Am I forgetting something... oh yes, giant mirrors in the Power Lift area.
Some guys need to be able to look at themselves while training.
(Don't look at me!)

MrsFlynn, I didn't get that PM. Flynn Pm'd me to tell me he finished, but that's it - no mention of wallpaper. :) When I get onto my laptop, I'll send him a PM.

Haha, I admit, I admit. :P
But I have forgotten one big, huge dimension I see now: martial art!
How could I...

Something must have glitched then. Oh well, I'll look for your message. Thanks, Seabody. :)

Yes, but due to the lack of people on the waiting list, I asked ZapKid to build the last room. I haven't heard from him since then though.

I'm still not patched up... the previous time it shredded my game and this time I simply can't afford that amount of data. I have the base game reinstalled though. First step up.

Hobby Room done! Well, rooms really.

The outer Noisy hobby room, complete with access to the guest suite and inner quiet hobby room, and a coffee bar for the hardcore hobbyist that stays up all night.

Looking the opposite direction.

The inner quiet hobby room.

Thank you Lily. :)

I'll do my final lookover tomorrow, and upload it fully then.
