Guys..I have some sad news. The Davenport Dynasty is at it's end..Gracie died a day after she turned Elder (I've never had one die that quick!). And there is no one able to do Mia's teen portrait in just a mere 2 days. I can feel Finn's end coming near and he only has 3 best friends. I calculated WAY off on this dynasty and for that I apologize! There were also a few other things not completed. I don't know what I was thinking! I should of also had Finn and Gracie have babies while they were still YA. I feel slightly embarrassed for failing so quickly. I wished I had paced myself more and planned this one more thoroughly. (I was just so excited to get back in there and play again ya know?) And I should have broken into Appaloosa plains a bit more and figured out where everything was and who was available to marry before I begin. But alas I will begin anew with a completely new dynasty that is more planned out (and hopefully more interesting..I felt like this one was drabby, boring and lost within the shadow of the infamous Radcliffs).
Again I am sorry for "leading" you guys on and I hope that once I begin my new family you guys will read it

Don't worry kat! You've had many Immortals before so don't think you'll fail because of best friends! Maybe take a few days of work and just spend it with the pets or other people who could be friends.

My second gen aged up to elder with one best friend and one distant friend - everyone else was well down. I had her not do anything but friendship-build for three days and got her there without too much trouble in the end. I bought her observant and never dull rewards and used lots of short socials like hugs and gossiping and lots of the ones related to the other sim's traits. You can do it I'm sure!

Thanks Ariana! It took me 3 days to get one friend to "good friend" I don't know if it was a bug or if Finn was just horrible at making friends.. I even have him the friendly trait.
