Oh, this is really cute and beachy! This is definitely going into my Sunlit Tides. I'm going to try to create a Sim just for this house tonight. Torn between single man or single woman. I'm feeling like it belongs to a struggling writer or artist. Oh, or maybe a sculptor! It would be my first! Hmm. Decisions.
