I will get the disk, I like having a disk and am not afraid of losing it because I'm the only one that touches them. They are like babies to me lol. I don't care much for Katie, if it was Bruce Springsteen I will pay anything lol!

lol, I pre-ordered the limited edition from EB the other day. It doesn't have the Katy Perry stuff, but it doesn't bother me. I like to have the physical disc too. I have a zippered CD case that has all my Sims, Sims 2 and Zoo Tycoon discs, plus a box with all the booklets for all of them. My Sims 3 discs are still in their original cases on a shelf for now.

I pre-ordered it because so far I've not seen the limited here. And I don't mind so much I like the fruit stuff, but I guess if you don't care to much about it the limited would be a way better deal...

I love Jessie J! I wouldn't even question it if she had a Collectors Edition. I debated for quite some time before giving in and pre-ordering Katy Perry's.

I'm not sure about pre-ordering it, I have every other EP but with the economy the way it is, money is tight and I am living month to month and also I need to focus on my computer right now more than more games for my computer haha. I'm definitely getting it though, just not sure when.

I'm looking at the pictures. Does this mean I get to chose my Sim's career through CAS?  It looks like the career icon where Personality is suppose to be.

Actually, I don't think that's what those pictures mean. These don't look to be CAS exactly, but rather the sort of CAS you get when you go to a dresser. So they're not picking careers: you're picking career clothes.
...Please tell me that this can be used on rabbit-hole uniforms. Please, Showtime, bring customizable uniforms in among peals of joy.

They said during the live chat that you'd be able to choose career clothes. It makes sense because it's set up so you can choose clothing for your performers, and making them a special case would be harder than allowing a choice for every career. I like it that you can choose a stage name too.

Jessie J is a British Artist. She's pure awesome with vocal talent and being so flexible in what she does. She has only been around for a year but is already one of the most famous female artists in the UK. Search her on youtube.

I so hope they make this happen for all careers! Some of the Business and Political Outfits really don't do justice to some Sims.

I do like Katy Perry as a person because she doesn't come across as 'fake' or 'doing it for the money' as most celebs these days do. However, I'm not a huge fan of her more recent music and I'm not going to pay more money just to have a few outfits, songs and a hairstyle by her..

Samoht, Jessie J is awesome! She comes across as such a real girl, she's not only got amazing talent but she's a brilliant role model too!

Totally! Actually, if Lady Gaga once worked with the Facebook game Farmville then I don't see why she wouldn't want to work with The Sims as well! I mean come on, TS3 is soo much better than Farmville! I think Katy Perry is like Gaga in the way that she wears a lot of alternative outfits and things too.
