Contained object stuck in furniture.

So I had a party at my house and my sim provided everyone food but somehow one of the sims managed to sit a plate down on the TV stand and now I can't find the plate anywhere! The only evidence is the green smog and the flies around the stand. Is there any way to be able to delete the item? I've tried the normal way and it won't let me delete it because the plate is still on the object nor will it let me put it in the household storage thing. It is custom content so that could be the problem, but regardless I still want the stinky thing off my lot!

Have you tried moveobjects on?

A maid might be able to clean the house and get the plate.  But if it's because third party custom content is involved, we won't be able to help you with anything specific or technical.

Yes Seabody I have tried move objects but it won't do anything!

And Pam I will try the maid out and see they can get it! And I will figure out my profile picture. Thanks you guys. I was actually in the process of seeing if my sims dog could just completely destroy it.

I have the same problem but with two tiberium stuck inside the displaycase. I see the sparks they let out but I can't see the objects.
