Dive Bar-The Wood House Bar

Name: The Wood House Bar
Lot Type: Dive Bar
Lot Size: 20 x 25
EP and SP: Late Night (A whole heap of items on the lot)

The Wood House used to be a small cottage for an elderly couple. They died after a long amount of years and the local politicians decided to create a Bar to drink at after debates out of the house. Not only are the family angry, but some politicians have gotten pretty angry too!
