Edit Town Guide additions

Just a couple of thoughs I had while reading the article :)

-On the community  lot typ : some community lots give special moodlets I will list the ones I know :)
Small + Big  park: +15 Beautiful park moodlet
Library: "Power Study" has no mood effect, but makes sim learn skills faster.
The Graveyard:"creepy graveyard" -5 moodlet at night (Brave sims don't get that moodlet)
Chinese Garden : "Zen" +20 moodlet, I belive it also helps skilling

-The rabit hole map view tags will override any other type of lot you include it, for ex: if you set a lot type to salon, but place a spa rabit hole there, in map view, only the rabit hole tag will show up, but the lot will still be set as salon and you will be able to use as sylist career building

-As the Story Progression populates the town it might use empty lots as home for Service NPC's, in Edit town it will show as an empty house, if you bulldoze it, the lot will be deleted automatically (same goes with beaches and empty community lots) so you should place some walls befor bulldozing there (thanks to ausette for this info)

-also to carl, I'm using IE9 (because all other browsers are messed up on my pc) I have noticed that in the  articles, you can scroll sideways where there is only empty blue space, the first artcile can only be viewed if I scroll, if it can be fixed :)

This is all I can think of now, will add as I find new info

ha, I mentioned the Zen buff, but completely forgot/missed the rest!

edit - I've just been looking at the xml file on buffs. Seems that the beautiful park is listed under the beautiful view buff along with beautiful pool, beautiful restaurant and beautiful garden. I just tested it by making a community lot a pool (with nothing on it) and sure enough, my Sim got a lovely pool buff from visiting. Not sure about the garden or restaurant ones. I made a Chinese garden, but she only got the zen buff and there is no other type of garden to choose in the community lots list, likewise there is no restaurant selection. These ones must be included in actual lots rather than a lot type.

Another buff - Fit Atmosphere (at the gym) no actual value, but I think it's supposed to improve the athletic skill.

I have a fix installed whereupon the page finishes downloading, the scroll bars diappear. it is a bug in IE itself. I have to TELL it to hide the overflow, even though there is clearly nothing over there.

Thank you for all the improvements to the article. I'm implementing them now.
