Strange Plant: K2 Ivy?

I'm going to guess that this is the right board. I found a plant in my game called the "K2 Ivy". It looks like something you would put on your wall. Here is a shot I got of it.



Here's the description; "The ivy is a professional climber. Celebrate courageous feats of plant skill over the challenge of gravity."

Does anyone recognize it at all? Because if it isn't cc, it would be awesome to use it in my houses.

It is definitely not CC. I have it in my game, and it's from either Pets or the Store. It's most likely from the Store.

Yes, I have that plant.  It's definitely from the Store.  There's also another very similar one called "Ivy Tower."

Well, it does have the little bag that represents the store. I guess it isn't cc, so I'm going to start using it. I wonder why it has K2 in the title though.

I think the K2 in the title might be that EA also made "Ivy Tower" and the didn't want them to conflict in title alone. But what the K2 stands for eludes me. And isn't "Ivy Tower" just the same thing without the frilly flower-y looking things on it?

I have that in my game too, although now that I look for it I can't find it (where is it.. in decorations?). I've just looked through my purchase history on the store and I can't find it. It's not listed as being included in Barnacle Bay or Hidden Springs but there are no contents listed as being in Riverview, so it might have been something that came with that town.
There is the chance that it IS custom content. Some CC does come up with the shopping bag, so that alone can't be used to determine if something is store content as opposed to CC. I've recently removed all CC from my game so that would explain why I can't find it in my game.

It's found in the plant section.

It is indeed from the store, one my favorite peaces, I used it in my McArther Estate to bring the outdoor inside a closed balcony gives a huge natural feeling to the place !

Definitely not.  I've never had any custom content in my game.  It's from the store.

I think the K2 in the name comes from the 2nd highest mountain in the world -- K2 in the Himalayas, hence K2 Climber.

Oh OK, I was just saying because that little shopping bag does appear on some (not all) CC and since deleting all the CC from my game, I can't find that plant... wonder where it got to? I'll have to search harder

I think it may have been included with the Renault pack. I've done some looking and found an article on another site about the release of the Renault and there are links to the individual items. Unfortunately, all those links seem to come up with that it can't be found, so I guess the Renault was only there for a short time.
Why I couldn't find it in game was because I removed all the eco car packs to remove the solar panels and windmills.

I'll confirm that it most definitely came with the Renault Pack - the only CC I have in my game is a custom world (and some sims, patterns and buildings from the Swap Shop), and I know I had this before I downloaded the world.
Also, the Renault Pack is (I believe) a Euro-Only download.
