How exactly did you create the house she was staying at? You seem to have some pretty interesting building skills.
Oh thanks! Well Its actually not the complicated all I did was put a long near the beach and built a room like you would normally added stairs to the second level which was the roof another little room on the roof as another bed room put in railings and small circle windows to look like port wholes and then made the rest of the lot a pond... with the help of some creative camera angles I could use the beach background to make it look like they were out in the ocean. I am glad you liked it!

Day 25 Arrival Day!
Dear Journal,
Today I am writing in parts because it will be a long day. First, I am starting out on the boat. I am busy packing up my clothing and other odds and ends I brought. Velvet seems to be feeling better today which is great but my wrist is still broken badly and requires a trip to the doctors.
________________________________________________________________________________
I can see it I can see it! Land! Glorious LAND! With Velvet in one hand and a suit case in another I am ready to go! Wow what a beautiful island!!!

My oh my is that lovely!
___________________________________________________________________________________
I am finally off that dreaded boat!  This is a picture of me arriving off the boat taken by Vander.

But as soon as we got off there was a man standing there with a sac of letters.  He pulled one out and handed it too me... I opened it and read

Dear Miss Sterling Rose,
Welcome to the island!  A home selling agent will be meeting you at 3:00 pm to find you your home you wish to have and help make any other arrangements needed. The current president of the island has asked you to meet him at the city hall... please attend his meeting tomorrow at 5:00pm. Thank you and enjoy the island!

Oh how exciting!  But who arranged all this? Hmmm... I am not sure but I just cannot wait to get a home!
_____________________________________________________________________________________
3:00pm I met up with the agent  Vander right at my side holding Velvet.  We looked at 10 different lots to build on but nothing looked good... Then the agent told us to buy a pre-built estate. So we went along and pulled up to this amazing estate!

Isn't it amazing!   We bought it and signed the papers as soon as we saw it!  It was even furnished!
But the best part is...

The private beach view!
____________________________________________________________________________________
It was getting late and I had settled into the house quite nicely... Vander was at the tailors getting fitting for new suits.  Velvet was tucked into her crib, and not just any crib the most high end softest silk crib with canopy.

Oh and me... I am so very spoiled!  I sit in front of a cozy fire reading my favorite novels....

I am so spoiled!

Dear Journal,
Today I had to meet with the President of the Island.   I am not aloud to bring a camera in with me so no pictures will be provided for this entry. Anyway when I arrived guards blocked the door.  They let me in no problem and another guard led me to the president. I walked in to this big office he was sitting in a big leather chair.
"Hello Miss. Rose..." He said
"Hello Sir, how may I address you." I responded
"Call me President Kelnsvillle... The reason I asked you to come down is the island is looking for a royal family... to inform you we have a royal family for the press and then a president for political things. Any who... I thought that you would make a perfect queen. But, you need to find a husband and have at least 1 child... Would you be willing to commit?"  He said
I was shocked!
"President Kelnsville, I would love to and I am already engaged and have one child, a baby girl."
"Great! Well congratulations your the new Queen wait, but your not married yet"  he asked
"No Sir but we want a private wedding and honeymoon then we will be ready for the press..."
"Great, a crown for each of you will arrive in the mail in a month..." He said
Then the meeting was over and I was QUEEN!  I decided I must get ready to be married soon...
But I needed to stop by the tailor to get a dress and nighty for the event.
When I walked in an island women name Kiki Switchette was at her desk flipping through fabric samples. She is a tiny little lady who greeted me excitedly. I asked about a wedding dress, nighty, and possibly an under outfit.  Let me get you caught up on the island culture here that the agent told us about marriage...

Marriage, when you are having a wedding it shall either be you and your husband or the whole island. Men must wear a tuxedo and women have 3 outfits. One is the wedding dress not big white and puff but a blueish color and form fitting, two is an under-outfit which is a short skirt sleeveless top and guarder that you wear under the dress and wear after the ceremony, and finally 3 is a nighty (sleepwear) that is custom made bra and underwear and guarder that again you wear under the under-outfit.  You must have the nighty for the honeymoon.   The honeymoon is a huge deal mostly for the husband it is when you enjoy each other as a couple.  WooHoo! That is also very important too. I have to look my best for the honeymoon, woohoo...

Anyway I left with all three outfits.

Dear Journal,
Its wedding day! The butler is taking care of Velvet.  First we will meet up at our private beach.

This is were we kiss and exchange rings.  I sing a song as we watch waves roll in and then he lifts me off my feet.

I leave for a moment to unzip my dress and unveil the under-outfit.

Then we dance. And dance and dance... Until he whispers in my ear.  We go home were the butler has set up a short movie for us.

Then the husband leaves to get ready and I go down stairs to each the meal the Butler has prepared.

Then I change and wait for him... Woohoo!

Dear Journal,
I am Royalty!

Anyway, this morning the press arrived and wanted to do a news report on "What Queens Do in the Morning?"
So I did what I would normally do... Woke up and visited Velvet in her newly decorated room.
The Butler brought me a fancy breakfast and I took a stroll to the garden.

The press wanted to show the island all about the new Royal family starting with me, the Queen.
I walked the reporters out to the pool and showed them what I did for leisure activities. Then half way through the interview I felt suddenly ill and, well ran to the bathroom and vomited... Vander then asked them to leave the queen wasn't feeling well.

Dear Journal,
The News paper arrived today... Butler brought it to the breakfast table.  Front page said
THE ROYAL FAMILY:
Reporters Clark Wilson and Jennifer Kinnie, met up with the new Queen.  Her name is Sterling Rose.  What does Queen Sterling do for fun?  Well she like to take strolls to the garden, swim in the pool, go to their private beach and paint!
It went on for awhile and surprisingly they didn't say anything about being kicked out, huh lovely! Today is little Velvet's birthday!  I am so excited to see the little one grow up! Butler made a little cake for her.
Anyway, Today I was outside in the garden painting when Vander handed me a letter.  The letter was addressed to me.  I opened it and began reading

Dear Sterling,
Its Mom,  I am worried about you.  You haven't written to me yet! Anyway by the time you get this I will be arriving soon... I am coming to live on the island with your father... I cannot bare to be across the ocean. We are on the boat tomorrow, we are taking first class on a steam ship, will take about a week but by the time the letter gets to you I will be there in about a day.  I will have to live with you for a day or two until we find our own house. I must go now.
Love Mother and Father Rose.

OH LORD!  MY WORST NIGHTMARE! They don't even know they are grandparents, they don't even know I queen, they don't even know I am married... TO A SERVANT BOY!  OH LORD SAVE ME NOW!!! Will they be excited? Will they be mad?  I don't know!  Should I lie? No I can't what will explain Velvet?!?  Adoption? NO! They will find out eventually! I must tell them the truth when they come... I just won't mention Vander being a servant and everything will be fine right?
-The so very nervous Sterling Rose.... AHHHHHHHHHHH!

Dear Journal,
Mom and Dad arrived today. I put on my best floral sundress and greeted them... This is how our conversation went down.
Me: Mother! Father! How wonderful it is to see you again!
Mom: Oh my darling Sterling Rose come here, come here!
Me: Come on in!
(She spotted the Velvet, Vander, and the butler and stopped)
Dad: Excuse me I must use the restroom (he left to find it)
Mom: Can you introduce me to your guest?
Me: Mom... This is my husband, Vander.
Mom: HUSBAND! You are married!
Me: and Queen of the island... we are the royal family...
Mom: OH DARLING WE ARE ROYALTY!
Me: Yes mam.
Mom:Who is the toddler and other man?
Me: This is butler Brady Crane and this is your grandchild, Velvet Rose.
Mom: OH MY GOODNESS!
Then we talked and sat down at the table for lunch.

Dad and Vander were in the kitchen talking away.
I think today went a lot better than planned...

Dear Journal,
Mom and Dad spent the night.  I found mom this morning out by the pool reading. But Vander has been acting quite sad lately since my mom and dad got here. I asked him if my dad offended him or something because my dad has the tendency to do that sometimes.  He said no. I was shocked to hear that it wasn't my father's fault... Then he confessed, He said that he misses his mom and wishes she could come and live here too but she doesn't have the money and if she came it would give away the fact that he came from a very poor family. That's when I came up with the idea to send a super fast steam ship boat to get her and bring her here as a little gift to him. My parents are going to have to deal with the facts... Oh lord....

Dear Journal,
This Evening when I was running a bath, I had noticed my stomach having a slight bulge to it... Oh dear god! I am pregnant!

I called for everyone and announced the news... Everyone was thrilled and we began coming up with names...
On the other hand my other baby or should I say toddler, Velvet is growing up right before our eyes.

Earlier today Vander was teaching little Velvet how to walk, and I helped with potty training.

It will be a true joy to see the little ones grow up and be successful in life...

Dear Journal,
The baby has been born and mom and dad were here to see the baby being born.  And I got a status report on the steamship that was sent out for Vander's mom...  She is on the boat and will be here in 5 days! Anyway back to the baby... the baby is a BOY!!! And we named him Calvin and he took his father's last name Lammerwright.  Full name is Calvin Troy Lammerwright.  The girls have no middle name and stay with the moms last name.

This is Calvin Troy out from the hospital with traits Good and Friendly...
Mom and Dad have decided to live with us... But even though we lived in a massive house, we only had 3 extravagant bedrooms... Mine, Calvin's, and Velvet's. So we built a third floor including 2 guest rooms and a butlers room.

Here is mom and dad's new bedroom

And the butlers room... Small but he is a working man.

Mom has fallen in love with Velvet she loves to read stories to her and play with her.

But I have to say Little Vellie is quite independent now a days!

Dear Journal,
This morning I had an appointment with my tailor... I needed a formal dress to wear to the royal family parade on main street. I also needed a new winter casual wear outfit,

Mom and Dad baby-sitted the kids today while I went out...

My tailor SuSu Gee pointed out this striped dress for the winter casual... HOW HORRIFYING!

Then she picked this out! Look at my shoes aren't the fabulous?  I took it home to show the family. Mom said
"Oh darling that's... different... Why that?" I just ignored her because I am royalty! Tomorrow I will be in a parade down Main Street.  How exciting! We are packing All four of us into a small car!  Lets see how that goes! Then I am suppose to greet people after.

Dear Journal,
Today is the day of the big parade! But instead of driving in a limo we are instructed to walk into the park during the grand picnic...

I woke early this morning and began getting ready.  I took a bath then got into my dress.  We had to go to a rehearsal entrance. I would enter carrying princess Velvet then I must sing the national anthem of the island.  Then The king will appear holding the prince and then we go to each picnic blanket and greet the people.
So after I finished the rehearsal it was time...  We had to wait an hour for all the guests to be seated. Then we drove about 100 yards and I got out of the limo holding Velvet a man using some device that made his voice louder announced "Now, welcome Queen Sterling Rose and Princess Velvet Rose!" a roar of people began clapping and cheered as I stepped out.

Then the music started.  A soft twinkling piano music crackled on the radio.  I began singing the song was mostly vocals instead of words but the words everyone sings "Peace on the Island, Silence on the Ocean..." Its a slow song with lots of long notes.

Then the President's Wife walked out holding the presidential baby Alison Heart.

Then we are suppose to meet together in the middle and wave to each other then the crowd.

Then it was meet and greet time. After that we all gathered in the limo and went home.

Wow what a night!  I guess I am not use to being royalty... I can't wait until Velvet finally gets to appreciate being a princess which is every little girls dream...
