Is the training center, (Horse Ranch) a rabbit hole or????

I want to remodel, move, change the training center.  But I don't know for sure if it's a rabbit hole since you can modify the existing building.  Is that building necessary?  Is it just the track that is a rabbit hole?  Curious minds need to know.

The equestrian center is the rabbit hole.  The horse ranch/training center is just a field with horse jumps on it that can be made all your own.

anything
