The Manor

Size: 40x40
Expansions: All SP and EP's
Store Content: Items from the following sets: Through the Spy Glass Bathroom, Faire Folk Outdoors, Harvest Bounty, Kalliopi's Gifts, Haute Hip, Spellbook, Gothique Living + Sleeping Rooms and Earth Day (if I have missed anything out please let me know so that I can put it in the list).
EDIT: (just realised I didn't put the cost in oops).  Cost: 271, 026 Furnished
Description:  This Charming 3 double bedroom, 1 nursery and 1 bathroom house.  There is a basement, first floor (sitting room, parlour, Sunroom, dining room, kitchen and utility), Second floor (three bedroom, nursery, spare room (could be turned into a fourth bedroom or office currently has an inventing table in it) and bathroom) and the Attic which houses something very special.

FREE Download for all but especially if you can guess where I got my inspiration for this build.
