Game crashes on "processing"

Hi all,
I have been playing with this family for a while, a lot of skills and things like that have been done, now I need to move one of the household members to the bin, but each time I try the game shuts at processing stage I have been trying for hours now, here is what I tried :

1.resetting the entire town
2.clearing the inventory
3.the lot had a few tombstone from china, I sold them
4.tried moving that sim to another house then trying to upload, nothing
5.cleared the entire inventory + family inventory

nothing helps, each time I try evict , share or save to library my game crashes, and I really really need his skills

Have you played for a while when do it? It did happen to me. What helped for me is to move a sim when I just start playing.

Kiko, can you go to your saves folder and tell us - besides the regular "game.sims3" and "game.sims3.backup", do you have any called "game.sims3.bad"?

@Seabody :no there is no sims3.bad save file
@Lovesims : I tried, but didn't help I guess it is lost then

What happen in you other games when you save a sim to the bin? If it is just that one town you know the problem is with the town.

the problem is just with that  sim, I managed to save him once to the bin but his portrait was all messed up, so I kind of gave up, nothing is irreplaceable
