How Do I Make My Puppies and Kittens Change to Adults?

I have been trying to make my two pups and two kittens change into adults, but I can't.  I don't know how to do it.  How do I make them change?  Please help.  It's their birthday, but they are not changing.  (Xbox 360)

If you don't have aging on, than turn it on. Then they will auto age up on their birthday (I think). You can see the days left til aging up one of the panels.

I have it on, but they are not growing.

They only come in two sizes.  Puppy size.  And then adult/elder size.

I know that, but they're puppies and kittens.  It's their birthday and I don't know how to make them change.

They should automatically. At least that's what happens to sims.

They should change before midnight of the day of their birthday.  But just because it's their birthday when they wake up, doesn't mean they'll immediately change.  Try to be patient and wait for it.  There is a way to cheat it to make them age up if you send me a PM, I can give you instructions.  But it shouldn't be necessary.

Yea it's usually late in the day.

The cheat is:
Ctrl+shift+C
Type "testingcheatsenabled true"
Enter

Shift click on pet
Select trigger age transition

Welcome to our Forum, WolfGoddess.  I've removed your poll because it wasn't the proper use of polls here and it wouldn't help you get an answer at all.

As for your specific question, in the PC version of the game, I've had this happen more than once.  Sometimes they age up around 8:00 p.m. like regular Sims do, but sometimes they miss it by a day or so.  I've always just waited it out.  I'm sorry I can't give you any more information.
