Ark Builder Question

Hello! I'ven having troubles with this LTW... I adopted the big pets and collect all the small ones but it still won't work =( I collect the small ones with the Collectors Helper... Does it has something to do with that??

I didn't use it, but I can't imagine that would make a difference.  Have you put the minor pets, the birds and the reptiles and the rodents, into cages on the property?

I have ALL of the animals simultaneously, but my teen sim with the LTW isn't registering it or something. Is this a bug?

No, because minor pets will eventually escape.

Can you provide more information about what's going on? (List the pets, where they are, how they were acquired) Also, make sure none of the minor pets are dead in their cage/terrarium.

This might be the wrong spot for it, and it might be better under the specific expansion. Anyway, I am trying to complete the Ark Builder and I can not do it not matter what combination of animals I have. It says it requires two cats, dogs, horses, rodents, snakes, turtles, birds, lizards, butterflies and beetles. I have tried adopting from the newspaper, adopting from townies, adopting strays, big and small dogs and birds, making certain the bugs said beetle and the butterflies were butterflies not moths or what not. I can not get the goal to complete and I have been trying for 150 Sim days. I also tried with kittens, foals and puppies as well as adults.  Any ideas I went to the LTW page first and clicked on this specific title, but it gave me an error for the page (a few times) and tells me the information is not available. Please help if you can.

I'll go ahead and move this to the Pets board.  Seems like I've read about this problem somewhere already.  If anyone can find a link to the topic, I'll merge this one with it.

I know it was a while ago that it was asked, but finding wildlife is a hidden skill. There is a mod available on MTS that makes hidden skills unhidden. I'm currently waiting on a reply from the creator to see what files it modifies - as I think it could be fairly easy to change just one line for each hidden skill in the skills _xml resource. I was considering making one myself, but thought I'd see if someone had done the work for me already

Thanks for that insight, Chuckles.  I always thought it might be.  As I was completing this LTW, the progression from seeing only birds and turtles to finding other animals was so blatant, it was almost like I was unlocking levels with the pets I found.
