Placement

This house was built on a 25 x 25 lot placed on Wright Way in Sunset Valley. You can see be the placement photo where on Wright Way. I have yet to have any success putting any of my sloping lots anywhere but where they were built, so for best results that is where it should go. Once you place the lot, go into terrain tools and use the soften terrain tool to smooth out the edges. I have found that even if you put it in the exact same spot, you need to smooth the edges.

The downstairs rooms can be used like any room with the exception that you can't place things on the walls that back onto the foundation. If you want to place things (including lights) on these walls, you will have to use the moveobjects cheat.

Please note that all my builds are thoroughly inspected to ensure everything is in working order and that nothing gets in the way of your enjoyment once you move in. Any problems that we have been unable to resolve, will be documented in the properties description. If however you find something that has somehow slipped by the scrutiny of the building inspector and is not listed in the property specs, please advise me and I will look at resolving the matter ASAP.
