Import a world in CAW?

I altered the streets of the empty sunset Valley in CAW and then imported it in game (empty as it was) to make a new town with ALL the buildings.
Now I'm wondering if I can import the completed town IN CAW so I can put some spawners and do some other minor adjustments..
Is it possible?

Not really, at least not in regular way.

You can save your lots in bin, while in game, then go back to CAW, put spawners, and whatever you want, and put lots where you want. Then chose "Edit in Game" it's a green plumbob icon, and you'll be able to place all (empty) lots where you want them. Edit in Game is very similar to Town Edit, except that there are no Simsso you can add lots there too but they may not be lined to the roads as you make them in CAW. You can built on lots in Edit in Game too.
