I just saw that the Photography Collections have been updated with a Pets in Action part.
You need to photograph the following:

Tug of War

Also, there seems to be another one, found by Dolphinsong.

I have no idea what some of this photo challenges contains, such as Tug of War and Heroic Horse, but perhaps some of you know the answer?

Tug of War is probably a picture of a Sim and a dog playing tug of war.  It's available under the play interactions when they fight over a rope.

Haha, you better not. Although most of them are pretty obvious and easy to guess. When you find someting you can post it here.

"Heroic Horse" probably refers to when someone is riding and has the option to "Strike a Heroic Pose". I think the rider has to be at Level 7 to Strike a Heroic Pose. It's when the horse rears up on its hind legs and the sim waves their arm around

Um....how much action can you expect from a dead bird?  In my experience, they're pretty dull on their own.

I don't know. But I find it pretty morbid, unless I've completely mistaken it, which I doubt.

I tried to take a picture of a Sim and a dog playing tug of war, but it didn't register it like "Tug of War"  only "my pet" "my friend" "family member" etc

Welcome to the forum JaNat. Can you upload the picture into a new post underneath this commend please? That way I, or someone else may can define why the picture wasn't recognized as it should be.

It's russian version so I translate what themes are on photos: "my pet", "a dog", "best friend" and "My Spouse". And nothing else appears 
I am not a beginner in Sims photography, I complete ALL other themes and collections, "tug of war" is the last I need.

Did you try taking the picture from the side?  I don't know of any other tug of war in the game unless two dogs can do it.
