881,918 * 10 careers = 1,763,836

I did much better on this than I thought I would and I'm proud of myself.

Can we leave fish on the ground at home before we travel and then pick them back up when we get back? That way they don't disappear with the glitch.

4 items per house. That's it.

Also, are vacation homes limited to placing items?

Vacation homes have nothing to do with score, so there are no restrictions to them.

This is my first ever challenge and I'm a bit stuck! Was wondering if anybody would be able to answer the following query?
I've just bought a house for 145,000 and a few days later tried to sell it. With the sell furniture icon selected, it's now only worth 35,000. I haven't added anything to the house yet, but this seems like a huge loss, and I now can't afford the next house up! Is this a bug or something that just happens? Thanks for your help!

Look at the lower left corner, does THAT say 35,000 or is your household value 35,000?  For me, the only time my house lowers in value is if the pets tear something up or I get stuff repossessed.  If you've got pets, look around and see if that's your problem.

No, they both say 35,000 unfortunately. And I don't have any pets or repossessions!

Not sure what exactly is going on and if this is a bug. But, if your house is truly worth only $35000 at moving time then you need to move into a home that's worth more than that. Not $145k.

10 careers capped 2.0 multiplier
total value of homes 1399320

Total 2.0 time 1399320 equals 2798650

This.. was hard and I'm gonna be having nightmares of this one for a while lol..  I'm throwing in the towel with:

13 jobs capped total house value at 1,947,986 = 4,480,367.

Precious, I'm with you on the nightmares. I've been having dreams about filling career progress bars and more. I'm glad this is over. I probably put more time in this than any other challenge so far between practice and the final run. I'd have to guess over 100 hours total - probably 1-2 hours almost every day since the rules came out and at least 15 hours on my weekends. Whew.

One and Two Capps maxed 24 careers (one day more and I could have had 25 - and without one mistake I could have had 26. Ugh)
Total house values $3,226,114
3,226,114 * 3.4 = 10,986,787

Off to bed -
Thanks for a tough challenge!

Slow start. After six weeks it goes better.

house values  2,902,792
multiplier       1.90

score   5,515,305

I have more than 3 million money in possesion. I should have probably earn less money and do more careers.

Well I let my perfectionism get in the way on this one, and left it too late and had to rush a bit. I finished with: 22 careers capped and total house value of §2,845,796 for a total of §9,106,547

13 careers capped (multiplier 2.3) and house value 1678526.
Total score = 3860609

Not bad, from a starting point of this time last week I wasn't even thinking about this, as my Sims hadn't let me play for more than 5 minutes or save at all since the last update. Now if only I knew what changed last Saturday and was convinced it would continue ...

I'm looking forward to hearing those that got above 15 careers on how they did it.  I have a feeling I know... but I couldn't duplicate it.

Werkin & Muvin Constantly managed a total of 12 careers and a house value of 1235450

So that's a total of 1235450 x 2.2 = 2717990

I made so many silly mistakes this time due to trying to rush things before the deadline.  I'm totally kicking myself for some of these errors.  It was lots of fun though!  So much of this was aspects of the game that I rarely focus on, so it was a big learning curve too.  Hope everyone else had as much fun as I did!

I finally got around to finishing this one.  It was a fun one, but I'm glad it's over.

Oswald and Isabella Capp reached level 10 in 7 careers and had a total house value of $560,920.

$560,920 x 1.7 = $953,564

Thanks for another fun challenge...I'm looking forward to the clone challenge!!
