2 boyfriend glitch...How can I fix?

I have a strange problem.  My teen girl had a teen boyfriend.  He aged up to YA before her, so she asked another teen to go to prom with her.   Now they both show as boyfriend.  The girl aged up, tried to call boyfriend Number 1, but he refuses to come visit, even though their relationship is maxed out.  He is a babysitter, so doesn't live in the town.   How can I break up with him if he refuses to come over?   2nd boyfriend comes over, even moved in, but they can not get engaged or married.

Any help will be appreciated!

Edit:  I have no mods or CC in my game, other than store items.  I do use cheats....too much!

You can try invite him to a community lot. I once had a sim that won't come over, but he accept to go to a bar.

Are you sure they are both boyfriends and not romantic interests. Usually you have to break up with one boyfriend before you get the option to go steady with another.

Nope, both are boyfriends.  They both have boyfriend icon in friend's list.   When I get home, I'll post a pic.  Another weird thing is one boyfriend I want to break up with does not have a picture.  His name shows and I can call him but no picture.  I'm thinking I have a corrupt family

I've had Sims that get bugged like that.  I'm not aware of a solution to the problem, either.  You may just have to make do with her not marrying the one who moved in.

Well I logged in tonight, his picture shows up now.  So called him, he came over, broke up with him.  whew.   Now I try to get engaged to live-in boyfriend and no good!  Options for woohoo and try for baby are available but no engaged or get married.  So, I broke up with that boyfriend, kicked him out of the house, called up the ex and charmed him into engagement and marriage.   Wow, men are too much trouble!

That's a strange problem. Is it possible that he had the commitment issues or unflirty trait?
