Marrying Ghosts that Used to be in Family

After a sim has died of old age, is it possible to marry their ghost if your sim had been married to them before their death?
And what will happen when they get married?

Are you talking ghosts that are just ghosts and non controlled or ghosts that you've done the "Oh My Ghost!" Op with?

Ghosts that are non controlled. When/if you marry them will they be controlled again?

I'm not even sure it's possible to do that type of interaction with a ghost that's not controlled so I'm fairly certain that it's not possible.  I believe they have to be resurrected ghosts not just the ones that come out at night.

Oh okay. I was wondering because I am able to do a lot of romantic interactions with her and she is listed as my sims Fiancee

When a spouse dies, the relationship drops to fiance(e).  Marriage is until death, so when one spouse dies, there is no more marriage.  If you're able to have all the romantic interactions that will lead to marriage, the ghost will become part of your household and you'll be able to control it.  I think it's been done numerous times by our members.
