Pets on xbox. My cat ran away. help

Pendel the cat that is supposed to have run away yet it still comes back to my Sim's house. My Sims can not interact with Pendel at all. Now how am I going to be able to reclaim Pendel? Everything is scratched in my Sim's house because there is no way to scold or praise Pendel.

Pendel is best friends with Sam and really dislikes Sandra (Sam's wife).

We don't have a lot of Console players here, unfortunately.  Is there a way to reset Sims on your Xbox version?  If so, try that with the cat.

I'm moving this thread to the Console board.  Our system here is that all Console posts go on the Console board, no matter which game it's about.

it happened the same to me use your phone to report the cat as missing,after a while someone might find it or you can go look around yourself

I don't have Pets yet; but, you can report a missing pet? Good to know, since I've had in the past wandering dogs and cats. When you report, what happens?

yes you can report the missing pet it happened to me today when you do report it its like someone will find your pet after a while and just bringing it to you
