Hi Delena, Love your ranches. I have a request! Please, when you have the time, is it possible to build us a complete ranch on a 50x50 lot without foundation? I find foundations are lovely to look at plus stairs give it a realistic look, but somehow my camera takes a toll having to press page up and down and pausing. I have been searching for a perfect ranch for my horse household and also tried my hand in building but.....they look pale in comparison to yours Thank you for your time.

What style do you like (i.e. Victorian, Ranch, Farmhouse, etc.)?
How many bedrooms?
How many bathrooms?
One or Two floors?
Do you want an attached garage?
If yes, how many parking spaces?
How many horse stalls?

Woot! Thank you Dellena for replying Im so excited!

I would really like a Victorian FarmRanch with only one floor ( no upstairs) and a basement for winecellar. A Main masterbedroom ensuite with bath and maybe a guest bedroom. I like to play singles with option to have a small family much much later in the game. I leave bathrooms to you as you see fit. Ooh yes, attached garage would be handy for my sim to do his skills like inventing and sculpting. One car space is just fine.  A small patch for gardening. A fish pond for stocking And last but least two horse stalls with a place for hay and tack.

I really like to leave it your judgement and great creativity. There are so many houseplans, I get confused LOL And Im so grateful for your time.
