I've had a Question about whether the Five Bed Spaces include Cat, Dog and Horse Beds/Stables, they do not count. The Five Beds must be for Sims not Pets.

The McCleven Estate was originally built for Andrew McCleven in 1922. He lived there happily with his wife and children for 31 years until his ultimate death in 1953. The family eventually all died and was moved to a nearby graveyard. Every year, in memory of Andrew and his family, a crew has come to update the furniture. Which lucky family will be the next to inhabit this long lost, sad home, that has everything, including major bonuses like a barn and huge pond?

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

Building Contest #5
Name: Lofty Retreat
Lot Size: 40 x 40
Furnished price:  84,233
Unfurnished price: 59,635
Bedrooms: 5
Bathrooms: 3
Content used from: World Adventures, Ambition, Late Night, Generations, Pets, High-End Loft Stuff, Outdoor Living Stuff and Town Life Stuff.

Welcome to the grand reopening of Twinsom Realty. After moving to new premises here at the SwapShop I’m happy to offer up our first new property.
Come and take a look at Lofty Retreat. This charming country house is set on a generous 40 x 40 block. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is currently set up as a nursery. There is a small cellar, but the groundwork is done, so extending it is not a problem if more space is needed.
Step out to the barn where you will not only find a stall for a horse,  but up stairs there is a converted loft with a living space complete with it’s own bathroom and kitchenette. It’s the perfect retreat for visiting guests or that rowdy teenager!
The yard is a pleasure to roam around with an already established garden growing apples, tomatoes and grapes. Come out the back to find a delightful little pond and treehouse for those adventurous children.
This house is ready to move into, all it needs is a few personal touches to make it a home.

House: Hydrangea Farm

Lot Size: 40x40
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 1
Furnished Cost: $84,761
Items: WA, Amb, LN, Gen, Pets. No store content.

Yellow Lily Realty & Construction would like to welcome you to your tour of Hydrangea Farm. This sprawling family farm features a stone-and-log construction barn and a country log house with enough room for a family of 5 and their pets. There is plenty of space in the yard for family fun with a game of Gnubb, a large vegetable garden, and a pasture for a horse or two. The two large porches provide a cool place to greet and entertain guests, or sip a glass of lemonade as you watch the children play.

From the Curb: Notice the ample parking space, over-flowing flower beds, large expanse of lawn, and horse pasture tucked in the back.

Floor Plan of the House: First, we'll have a look at the house, let this floor plan guide you through the different rooms.

Great Room with Fireplace and Backyard View: The front entrance leads directly into the Great Room, complete with a soaring timbered ceiling, fireplace, genuine leather furniture, chess set, and large bookcases. This is the perfect room for a family TV night, mindful game of chess, or a quiet evening reading by fire light. Check out the great views this room has of the backyard.

Dining Area of Kitchen: This solid wood construction dining set will last a family for generations to come and is large enough to seat the whole family and a couple guests. Large windows give a view of the back yard garden and horse pasture.

Kitchen with access to the Back Porch: This large kitchen has plenty of room for the whole family to get their hands dirty cooking up a storm, and includes modern appliances, island oven, and lots of cupboard space. In the corner there is room for a china hutch and the food bowls for the family dog or cat.

Master Bedroom: Feast your eyes on the grand, four poster, solid wood master bed in this room!

Child's Bedroom plus Nursery: We relocated this young horse lover's prized saddle to the barn and moved a crib into this room to show you just how much space there actually is in here. The table in the corner is the perfect place for a child to do his/her homework in peace.

Teen Loft Bedroom: For the artsy teenager that wants his/her own space, this loft bedroom above the kitchen/dining room is perfect. This room is complete with easel, guitar, TV, and game console.

Barnyard: Now into the backyard. Have a look at the size of the horse pasture and barn. The barn is large enough for a horse or two, all their required equipment, and was recently renovated to add on a hay shed.

Garden: The vegetable garden was started by the previous owner and is flourishing behind the dining room. It comes complete with harvest-ready apple, tomato, onion, grape, potato, and watermelon plants, and a sprinkler system.

Be sure to check out the Hydrangea Farm page of our corner of the Swap Shop for information on how you may purchase this beautiful family-friendly farm.
