Installing Pets seems to freeze at 0.40%

I've been downloading this game since around 8:40 am this day or so and now it is 10:30 am and is has been frozen at 0.40% for hours.
Did anyone encounter the same problem?

@Leto85: You have to unpauze the download (you blind man).

Yes, guys: that was the issue. If anyone of you don't know how to unpauze a download, at the bottom of the screen there is a text called '1 paused download.' Click that and the game will be downloading again and the text will change to '1 active download', unless you have more at the same time of course.

Glad you got it sorted, I saw that it was you who had posted and thought 'oh no!' After the problems you'd had with the ordering it would have been the last thing you'd need if you then couldn't download it!

Haha, thanks for that responce.
But for some reason I didn't completely freak out. In the worse case I had to send a mail to EA again. Good, that will make me that I can't play the game today, but better tomorrow than never.
And look, the game is downloaded completely now for the full 100%. Now let's see where Origin had put it so I can install it.

You lucky thing! Release date in the UK isn't until tomorrow and I've still not been able to pre-order it so I'm just going to have to get the 'normal' version. Have fun!

Perhaps you can ask Samoht04 about this. He also lives in the UK. Maybe he can help you with getting the Limited Edition. I personally, really like the Pet Shop.

I'm from the UK, and as far as I know the only place to get a physical copy of the Limited Edition is online at play.com. I believe that Game and Gamestation only have the normal version.

I bought my copy from Game, it was the cheapest surprisingly for Game. I don't know if it's limited or not, I looked but didn't see mention of the limited edition on any online shop.

I need the download version as I live in the Far East at the moment. The only place I can find the digital version is on a website called gamesplanet.com. I've never heard of them before so am a bit wary as to whether to buy it from there! Has anyone one else bought games from them before?
