Pet store won't download

OK, I am not sure whether this is the right forum to post this but I want to know how many of you are facing this problem.

I have fully installed my Pets game i even went in and played a bit however even though i have my pets registered to my account i can't download and install the new pets store, An error code just says "there was an error while downloading content please see the log for more details".

I can download other stuff but not this! I double checked by buying some cheap items and I am able to download and install them but for the exclusive pets limited edition, I am unable to do so. I tried changing my browser to IE but it still would not work. Has anyone successfully downloaded this?

I was reading at the TS3 forum and it seems a lot of people are having the same issue. It may be that the digital download of the EP from Origin hasn't been released yet and it might work after that. I'd give it some time and see what plays out during the day.

This is diving me Nuts! I have been trying to get it to download for the last hour...

It won't download for me either.  I hope they get it fixed soon because the card with the code on it says "limited edition redemption key expires October 18" which is today.

October 18th of next year, that caught me a bit off guard too last night when I first saw it and didn't pay attention to the year on it. So far they've posted on the official site that they're aware of the problem and looking into it.

Your eyes are sharper than  mine, Enchanted!  Thanks for pointing that out.  I feel very relieved that the item won't just disappear if they don't get the problem fixed today.

The issue seems to have been fixed. I was just over at the official forums and found a post stating that the store was available now, sure enough I was able to download it.

Yes, I was able to download it as well.  Now I need to go see what it looks like in-game!

OK, I am now able to download the pet store and I think that EA has fixed this already. Now that was fast!
