Chapter 1: House Huntin'- Carl Style!
It's time for Carl to pick some place to live, because this is not some sort of Alice and Kev homeless story. Nope, this is a legacy, and not just any legacy, Carl's legacy. He doesn't want to fail in front of his 4,144 loyal fans. No no no he doesn't so we gotta buy this man a house!

So, our first house for today is the interesting

This house, built by a respectable builder by the name of Leto, is perfect for the single sim, and every piece of furniture in the house is scientifically altered to make your home to talk of the town.
What do you think?"
Carl: *sniffs* If I wanted my bed to smell like a car I would buy a car.
Me: I'll take that as a no.
"So, onto item number two:
Rosewood 2.0
Its a 8 bedroom home, perfect for the large family. Built by Katluvr, this house just oozes power."
Carl: But I don't like being around people. I'm a loner. And a big house means interacting with people.
"After two rejections, we come to our final house of the day:
Ocean Side Reserve
This stunning beach house, built by imgleek is the perfect relaxation spot after a hard day at work."
Carl: Work? What is work? You mean play sims all day and then go run a forum? Because all i need to do that is a laptop. I don't need a fancy smancy beach house.
Me: but there are palm trees, and coconuts.
Carl: sounds quite dangerous to me. You never know when a coconut might fall on your head and kill you. I'd rather die a death other than death by coconut.
Me: okay, you have said no to the best houses I had to offer you. What do you want?
Carl: how about this one:
Me: if you say so.
*signs papers*
Me: welcome to your new home Carl. You did know that it doesn't come with the creepy mullet dude right?
