Oh and btw Tom! There has been a lot of posts about finding money tree seeds.
Around the graveyard and science lab there are lots of seeds.  Money trees are among the special seeds.

The graveyard is a blue icon with a white tomb on the map. Both towns have them.

Word. I'm going to spend a bit more time with outdoor decorations. Especially fencing and hedges for the garden. It adds that extra touch. I also hate the default grass. I'm glad it's free to change it. Money trees are pretty by themselves, but with a little sprucing it can be the centerpiece of the outdoor design

Little ponds could be pretty too, and later stocked with fish. They're free!
