This is the perfect place for your simmies to have their wedding, build on a custom 35x25 lot placed in the space near Recurve Sand in SV, it have both indoor and outdoor wedding area with seats for the decorations and enough room for the weddings in Sims style, where people gather and scream. There is a space for the cakes, add them yourself since they can't be found in Edit Town , enjoy that special moment to the max. There is no party area, for that, head to the party beach, it will be my next lot!

This does look really cool. But I don't see any "specified Ep's mentioned" or any requirements in the original post for that matter.

I don't think Kiko posts here anymore... or even plays the Sims. I haven't seen him for ages. I have him added on my Sims facebook page, and I haven't seen him posting there either
