Chapter 87 was so sad! It is such a shame we have to see them move away from Sunset Valley, but hopefully the game will sort itself out in Starlight Shores. I can't wait to see the new kitty!

A little late, but I think that Starlight Shores will be a good start. It is sad to see all of the past Dreamweavers go, eh? At least we still have little kitties to breed with

Pam,

I just have to say, like so many others before me, that your story telling (the Immortal Dynasty first, now this one) was the reason that I joined the forum, and, for that matter, found it in the first place. In the last week, amid school work and working and everything else, I have found myself completely captivated by the story of the original Dreamweaver family, and now this wonderful one (as well as all of their cats). You are truly a gifted writer and I hope that your move to a different town works out very well, because I, and obviously many others, are greatly looking forward to the rest of the tale.

I do love the kittens! And, you know, I thought about the George thing after I had already decided on Pippa. Drat! I chose Pippa because she's the more long haired of the two and I'm trying to keep the long hair going in the line of cats.

Chapter 89 - Pippa’s Special Delivery

Pippa spent her pregnancy doing all the normal things cats do. She had no restrictions at all. After a couple or three days, she went into labor at 4:00 a.m. on a snowy Saturday morning.

She made some faces that I believe are the equivalent of a female Sim in labor, minus the crossed eyes.

Shortly there was a tiny baby girl kitten born. Her name is Diana because that what I hoped Prince William and Duchess Catherine would have named their baby if it had been a girl.

She is a perfect little mix of her parents. She’s got her mother’s dark mask and a couple of her dark feet, and her father’s orange striped coat and a couple of his white feet. She’s a fluffy kitten, but probably not as fluffy as her father was. For some reason, my in-game kittens only reach a certain amount of fluffiness and no more, no matter what the parents are like.

George was thrilled about the birth. He’s another reason I wouldn’t have been able to name a kitten George. Having two George Dreamweavers would have been confusing. Godiva was happy and applauded Pippa’s efforts. Grandma Leana has recently taken up Social Networking and had to blog about it right away.

Little Diana was born tired and made her way straight to the cat condo so she could sleep. Proud mama Pippa stood watch to make sure no harm would come to the little darling while she slept.

Please let’s welcome baby Diana to the family!
