Anyway back on topic, do you remember that toddler Bebe Hart was holding in the beginning of this decadynasty? Do you know what happened to him? I'm really curious.

No, sorry.  I didn't keep up with any of the Hart family.

Kris will be happy to give her the starting produce and will even look the other way when she harvests the money trees for her career requirements.

Something I just figured out in my DecaDynasty: It doesn't matter who harvests, every Sim who is in the gardener career gets credit for all produce and money bags sold. I maxed gardening and the gardening career while the Sim was in high school with the MultiTab 6000 and having her father garden. She didn't harvest more than a few plants before her YA birthday.

Yes, that's true about the Gardening career.  Everything Kris and Wanda harvests goes towards Godiva's career requirements.  I just said it that way for the story.

She is on generation 4. Taffy, Lollipop, Charms and Godiva.

I've gotten behind with my updates because I was playing one of the challenges and then my brother-in-law got married yesterday.  It's been rather chaotic, but I hope it will settle back down now and I can continue with my story.

Chapter 70 - Godiva’s Teen Years

Godiva went to the head of her class with straight A’s and got on the Honor Roll.  Prom came and somehow she missed the limo and had to drive herself to the dance.  Her dad had taught her how to drive and bought her this awesome truck.





She was voted Prom Queen and impressed Shawn Vaughn with her chicken dance.  This is Shawn.



He’s a nice looking kid, true, but he’s a newspaper deliverer and doesn’t have a house in town.  Naturally, Godiva became romantically interested in him at the Prom.  Just like her mother, that one.  Now she’ll also suffer from a naughty reputation when she finds someone who will make a suitable husband.

And speaking of suitable husbands, I was beginning to fear that I had too many Dreamweaver kids around town and that they might keep Godiva from finding someone who’s not family and who’s not an NPC.  Then, lo and behold, she met Percy Dixon at school.  She asked to go to his house after school, which was fantastic!  A boy her age who lives in town!  She talked with Percy and met his mother Janelle and baby brother Anthony, who looks exactly like Percy.







Here’s a close up of Percy.  His hair and eyes look a lot like Kris, Godiva’s father.



They live in a small two bedroom house for a medium income family.  It would be downsizing quite a bit for Godiva if she ends up marrying Percy, but I think she would be happy there.  The house now is a bit overwhelming for her.  She recently took possession of the never-used third floor.  She decorated it with a whimsical touch, which isn’t really in keeping with her down-to-earth personality, but she loves it as an escape.

The bedroom area uses the Indian inspired furniture from the Sims 3 Store.  It’s got a kitchen and eating area connected to it and separated by a room divider.





She only has a shower in a tiny nook area, but she never needs a toilet because she’s got a Steel Bladder.  It works nicely for her.  She’s also got a Super Sleeper for the many nights that she stays up too late gardening on a school night.



Godiva only has a few more days of high school left.  She’s already at level 9 of her Gardening skill and level 8 of her Gardener career.

There has been lots going on with the cats, too.  Jessica gave birth to three more kittens with Sullivan.  The one on the left is Kerri from her first litter.  The spotted one in the front is a female named Hannah.  Of the other two spotted kittens, the short haired one is a boy named Fred and the long haired one is a boy named Snowshoe.  Look at the smile on Jessica’s face!



A close up of Fred.  Notice how he’s got Jessica’s face mask, but only on one side of his face.  Hannah is the same way.



Snowshoe is the one to watch, though.  He’s got Sullivan’s spots and color patches, with Jessica’s orange and black face mask.



My original plan, after discovering I can’t adopt Jessica’s kittens, was to have Kia, the new Dreamweaver kitten, have kittens with Sullivan when she grows up.  The problem with that is that Sullivan’s mate is Jessica and I would hate to break them up like that.  He’s loved Jessica ever since she was a kitten staying at his other house.  So, Kia will have kittens with one of Jessica and Sullivan’s kittens.  First I had my eye on Fah-Zhai for her.



But now I think maybe Snowshoe because he’s got his father’s spots, which are 4th generation with him.  They started all the way back with Jasmine, Sullivan’s grandmother.  Snowshoe now stays at the Dreamweaver house so he can get to know Kia.  I don’t control him and he has to take care of his own business, like eating from the bowl, using the litter box, and sleeping.  He does a good job of it, though, and when he’s awake Kia and the others interact with him.





Even though I don't control Jessica and Sullivan's kittens, they are still the sixth generation of Dreamweaver cats.  When Kia has a kitten with one of them, the kitten will be the 7th generation!  I think I'll make a family tree on familyecho.com for the cats.  I'll post a link when it's done.

Godiva's bedroom is awesome!! I think I need to add a Super Sleeper for everyone in my families as well, Matt's one comes in handy way too often.. I especially love that Indian bed, though! And those little star decorations!

Regarding Godiva and Shawn, if you go under 'mean' interactions there is a 'ask to be just friends' (or something of the sort) so they won't be romantic interests anymore. I'm pretty sure if you do that she won't get the naughty reputation, but I'm not certain. Anyways, great update! I love Godiva's bedroom, especially the star decorations and that tree painting. The cats are very cute, I especially love Fred!
