I actually started worrying about that last night.  What will I do if I move out spares for 10 generations and there's nothing but Dreamweavers in town?  I might need to re-think this.
I don't think the game would let that happen with story progression and everything. I'm sure some spares will move out of town eventually and new families will move in over time.
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0.

Chapter 67 - The Worst Wedding Ever

As much as I love the toddler nooboos, it was time for Latarsha and the twins to GO.  She was fun to play and finally capture Gobstopper’s heart and, of course, TicTac and KitKat are adorable.  But it became time to focus on Godiva.  It’s her story, after all.

Latarsha had a bachelorette party with all the girls she knows.  Taffy Dreamweaver gave the toast.

The fizzy nectar went all around.

Everyone’s favorite dancer, Hugh Kidding, showed up with his partner, this time dressed in military “gear” for the ladies’ pleasure.

The Dress to Impress party dress code always amuses me.  Here’s a few pictures of guests dressed to impress.

Kris wasn’t a guest and was actually on his way out the door with Godiva, but he had already dressed for the party.  Except that's not Godiva he's holding, so I don't know what he was really doing.

Before he could get her away from the party, Godiva started crying and really annoyed the guests.  The sheer number of crying baby thought bubbles makes me laugh.

Once all the details had been taken care of, Gobstopper became difficult.  Latarsha was trying to invite him over or out somewhere so they could go to the park and have the wedding.  He was having none of it and kept saying he didn’t feel like doing anything.  So, Latarsha went ahead and planned the afternoon wedding and invited Gobstopper as a guest.

Oh, he showed up, but he wouldn’t do the ceremony with Latarsha.  Every time she went to get him, he refused to come to the wedding arch.  There was nothing wrong with their relationship.  They were really very close to each other and in love.  And he doesn’t have any traits that would interfere.  It was very frustrating.  Then finally I saw the exhausted moodlet over his head and it started to make sense.  Charms came over and cured him with the Moodlet Manager and he felt much better.  And promptly went home.

By this time, it was dark outside and the pictures would be horrible.  Latarsha gave it one more try and called Gobstopper to invite him to the park.  This time he agreed and came to meet her.  He also agreed to have the ceremony and, finally, the 4:00 p.m. wedding happened well past midnight.

There were so few guests left, they didn’t bother to serve the buffet table dinner.

Their babies were there, though, so it was a happy occasion after all.

Latarsha and the twins moved in with Gobstopper, Taffy, Smartie, and Cosmo.  The one thing I didn’t consider is that when Latarsha did all the asking, that meant they would all have her name.  Gobstopper Dreamweaver is now Gobstopper Wiggins.  TicTac and KitKat are also named Wiggins.  I guess I can’t have everything.

I'm glad Gobstopper finally married her, even if he's not a Dreamweaver anymore.  ;)

As mentioned by a previous poster, I doubt this would happen with story progression.

In the case that it did occur, though it's kind of awkward to think about, you can marry second-cousins and beyond.. I don't know if that's against the rules.. but you gotta do what you gotta do, I guess!

At the moment, there are seven households in town that are Dreamweavers.  Aging isn't working quite right in my town and some who should be dead or elders are neither.  I think part of it might be that I gave some of them Deathflowers.  In fact, the only blood family that have died are Christopher, Zelda, and Pez.  I think I might have to modify my strategy a little.  ;D

Chapter 68 - Kids and Kittens

While we weren’t looking, Charms had another baby.  Say hello to baby boy York Dreamweaver.

We’ll just move right to his toddler birthday so we can look at his cuteness.  That’s his two grandmothers in the background, Wanda and Charms.  And, of course, Kris laughing inappropriately.  He doesn’t mean anything by it, though.  He can’t really help himself.

I don’t have enough room for his wardrobe, but here are some nice shots of York's toddlerhood.  He has the blonde hair and light brown eyes of his father, Kris.  It will probably be another case of father and son look alikes.

York and big sister Godiva had a day together as toddlers to get to know each other.

Godiva’s birthday came much too fast, but she was fairly excited about it.

Again, I don’t have room to post her wardrobe, but she’s a very pretty little girl.  Notice how she has Kris’ darker skin tone.  York has it, too.  Charms is quite a bit lighter than all of them.

The aging up wasn’t limited to just Godiva and York.  Crunchie is now a fine looking child.

Chewit is grown now, too.  I wouldn’t have given her that hair, but it could have been worse.

And then there’s Heath.  Poor Heath.  He lost that gorgeous head of hair when he aged to adult.

Remember Jessica the calico kitten who practically lived in Lollipop’s house?  She had grown up into a purely beautiful cat, even prettier than I imagined.

Sullivan was so happy to see her again and she seemed to be just as happy to see him.

The result was these two darling kittens named Kerri (left) and Fah-Zhai (right), a girl and a boy.  An odd choice of names, if you ask me, but they live with Jessica’s owner and she named them.

With the birth of these kittens, my plan for Jessica to be the mother of the 6th generation of Dreamweaver cats unfolded perfectly.  I encountered only one problem.  I can’t adopt those kittens.  They are just not available for adoption, neither through the paper nor by interacting with Jessica’s owner.  Drat!  The most I could do was have Charms bring one of them to the house to visit as long as possible.  She brought the little boy, Fah-Zhai, to hang out with his father. You can see a bit of Jessica’s coloring on his hind end, at the top of his tail.  Other than that, he looks like his uncle Gilbert to me.

With all my careful kitten planning tossed in the trash, it was time to adopt another cat to carry on the Dreamweaver line.  Charms adopted Kia, a female kitten.

Sullivan is a good kitty and had no problem accepting little Kia into the family.  He’s got the gray of an old man, but he’ll be getting the Young Again potion soon and he’ll be able to keep up with Kia no problem.
