Yes.  I named him.  He was born when I controlled Taffy's household.

Pam,I think he thinks that Gobstopper has moved in with the family because of him getting engaged to Latarsha. When it looks to me as if Latarsha and the nooboos are the only ones in the house not Gobstopper. Oh and Charms Kris and Godiva of course,and probably some cats that I have forgotten about.

Indeed.  SecretBoy presumes too much if he thinks Gobstopper has returned to the household.  I can only suggest that he read and understand the store more carefully before suggesting I may have broken the rules of the challenge.

Yes, I had thought that Latarsha and Gobstopper had married, but they were just engaged. That was what threw me, and presumably SecretBoy, off. Never mind, thanks ratchie!

Chapter 66 - Almost Enough Toddlers

I do love the toddler nooboos.  With TicTac and KitKat aging to toddler, there are almost enough toddlers in my game.  Latarsha’s and Gobstopper’s twins are so cute.  They both have the same hair, except KitKat (the girl) has the blue tips that her mother added to her own hair.  You can see the blue tips on mother and daughter.



TicTac has the same color hair, just without the tips.  I believe he got this exact color from his grandmother Wanda.  He’s got bright blue eyes that probably come from his grandfather Cosmo.



KitKat has Latarsha’s hair, as already mentioned, and she’s got the bright green eyes of her daddy, Gobstopper.



Other than eye color and blue tips, they look identical to me.  It will be fun to see how they turn out as adults.



There’s been lots of potty training and teaching to walk in the house.  Nobody has gotten to the talking part yet.









No, I take that back.  Godiva is learning to talk and she is not amused.



Watching her walk in her formal clothes is one of the cutest things I’ve seen.



Wanda still has her daycare profession and she’s made it to level 2.  So, now she’s got Crunchie and Karie...  and look who else!

Here’s a picture of Godiva with her aunt Karie.  Notice how Godiva is dressed much nicer and has her hair combed and put in pigtails.  Poor Karie is just a mess, but she’s a good nooboo.



I’ve been meaning to show some of the changes I made to the house.  I had to wall off an area for a small nursery.  Very small, which makes it hard to photograph with the walls up, but it might not be permanent.  I like the picture with Gobstopper and Latarsha because you can see the three kitty pictures.



I didn’t do a lot different in the living room.  I just updated the furniture in the same colors.  Here’s a before (top) and after (bottom) shot.





I kept the design of the kitchen because I love how it’s so big and spacious.  I did, however, change the type of counters and cabinets.  I used the Edwardian theme, which I’ve never used before.  Again, I kept the color scheme the same as the original.  The odd area to the side where there were some chairs turned to look out the big windows has been turned into a cat sun room.  It’s got plants, lots of light, and the things a kitty needs.  Once more, the before is at the top and the after is below it.  Sullivan is enjoying his new digs.







I don’t have a before shot of Wanda’s room.  Part of it became the nursery and this is what her part looks like now.



I haven’t touched Charms’ and Kris’ room except to give them a new bed in the same colors as the old one.  It’s a really big bedroom.  Maybe later.

It was crazy with 6 of them in the house all at once.  Somebody was always crying, needing to be fed, or having a stinky diaper.  I was sort of hoping the game would bring some new families to town if I did the Daycare profession, but it didn't quite work.

I tried opening a day care to get new families too.The only thing that happened is the families paparazzi had twin toddlers. So I just ended up with a couple of extra NPCs who aged up to teen within a couple of days of my closing down the daycare. I am not a big fan of the toddler stage and there was too much going on in the dynasty at that time to have any extra children around the house. On a slightly weird note Carly passed away the second day we had the daycare I guess she wasn't a toddler person either lol.

I guess you are getting to that point where the Dreamweavers are taking over the town.

I actually started worrying about that last night.  What will I do if I move out spares for 10 generations and there's nothing but Dreamweavers in town?  I might need to re-think this.

I do love all the renovations you do on the houses, Pam - and I'm not the sort who usually enjoys interior design.
