And also, perhaps you should try using the "Convince To" menu in socialization to get romantic interests for any future kids with Tootsie and Roll's problems? I've never tried it out, but I'm pretty sure that it's not only romantic interests that you can tell them to kiss.

Also, I tested, and I was right - you can get two strangers to become romantic interests. It also seems that you can only convince at parties and bars, however.

Chapter 46 - The Boy Next Door

Lollipop spent some time with Joaquin and she enjoyed herself. She even got a wish to kiss him. I found that he lived in a nice house, too. But, of course, he turned out to have a girlfriend. A vampire girlfriend, at that. Strike another one from the list of potential spouses.

It was starting to look pretty grim for Lollipop. She had spent her life working hard to become an Astronaut and perfecting her Athletic skill. Will the price now be a husband that she doesn’t really love and a shabby home? Maybe. If something magical doesn’t happen soon.

Lollipop went to a karaoke bar with one of her girlfriends, just to have a night out and have some fun. While she was there, she spotted a handsome young blonde man. Is that Dean Kane?? Why, it was only yesterday that he was a teenager! Wasn’t it? Whatever the case, he’s clearly a grown man now.

The attraction was immediate and mutual. They went on a couple of dates... and look what a snappy dresser he is! Not bad for a townie under the control of Story Progression. That, however, will soon change.

And so Lollipop popped the first question.

Then the second question.

The wedding is on! Time is of the essence, so the wedding was held the next day at Summerhill Springs park. Lollipop got Dean on a date and then planned a location party. Great organization, right? All was great until Dean spotted the water slide over on the Big Fun side of the park. Swimming trunks! And that’s how Lollipop finally married her man.

It was just... so beautiful... *sniff*

It’s only fitting that the best picture of Lollipop in her wedding dress is hamming it up for a photographer in front of the water slide. But she’s very happy and that’s what we really care about.

The family went on back to the house Lollipop grew up in and the bride got to see her new home for the first time. Dean really was the boy next door.

That’s Lollipop’s old house on the left, and her new house on the right. The Working Friends still live in the middle, if you can believe that. They’re all vampires.

The day was exhausting, but the newlyweds still had enough energy to start the 3rd generation.
