Chapter 40 - Chaos and Madness

There’s been a lot going on in the family lately. Lots of chaos and madness!

Lollipop is doing great in her career. She’s up to level 6 and still has a good bit of time before aging to Adult. All of her time is spent working, working out, studying handiness, and working from home. She’s got very little time for family or friends right now. Well, except for a fellow named Jeffery Wooten.

Taffy adopted a new kitty so Fitz won’t be so lonely. Her name is Jasmine and she’s a very beautiful cat. I think they’ll make cute kittens.

Pez’ wife, Shantel, passed away. Their two kids, Tootsie and Roll, still live in the original family home. They still have nothing to show for themselves... no spouses, no kids, no jobs. What do they spend their time doing?

Smartie returned home from boarding school as a Young Adult. She gained points in many skills, mostly art and music related. Her invisible friend, Cosmo, must have missed her to the point of insanity because now he is at her heels every minute of the day. They’ve got a very high relationship, so I guess Smartie doesn’t mind. Her Lifetime Wish is Cat Herder, so when she had a wish to adopt her own cat, little boy kitten Pepper came home to her.

There was a bit of a crisis when Jasmine was adopted. Taffy was cooking hamburgers on the grill when the adoption person showed up with the new cat. He distracted Taffy and she turned away from the grill. You know what happened next. FIRE!! With no smoke alarm outside, Lollipop had to call the fire fighters. Even though Taffy isn’t brave, she pulled out a fire extinguisher and worked hard at putting out the fire. The neighbors came over and were no help at all as they jumped around and screamed. The rest of the family eventually came to help put it out, but it was really Taffy who saved the day.

While Butterscotch searched for a Rainbow gem, Noe worked tirelessly at the chemistry table discovering potions. It took awhile, but he finally got the one to turn an invisible friend real. He gave it to Butterscotch and she gave it to Bobo. Her best friend is finally a real Sim.

Bobo didn’t waste even a moment proposing to Butterscotch.

They married the next day at Summerhill Springs Park with their friends and family in attendance. Even the two cats were there.

As luck would have it, both Butterscotch and Jasmine got pregnant at the same time. That sounds a bit familiar, doesn’t it? Pitter pats of little feet are on the way!

With all the commotion going on at the house, Taffy went off to visit her niece and nephew, Tootsie and Roll. They visited late into the night, by which time Taffy was exhausted and needed a shower. She asked if she could spend the night and Roll told her to make herself at home, which she did. As she was slipping between the sheets in her old bed, tragedy struck back at home.

Noe had finished a busy day of gardening and athletic training. He eased his aching bones into a chair and enjoyed a bowl of bouillabaisse after everyone was in bed asleep. When he finished, he stood up and turned around to find Grim had come for him. It had been a good life and Noe went willingly.

Rest in peace, Noe Dreamweaver.

Jeffery Wooten reminds me a little of Banana Dreamweaver's husband but that could be just because I can only see the shoulders up.

I'm glad Butterscotch find happiness with Bobo. The cats are very cute R.I.P Noe.

R.I.P Noe. I think I should start using imaginary friends as spouses, because Bobo doesn't look half bad.

Chapter 41 - Deleted Scenes

Here are few things that didn’t make it to the last chapter, but are still worth seeing.

First, Smartie’s makeover. She’s staying with the pastel colored clothes. And, yes, she wears glasses. She’s just too perfect in every way and needed something to make her a bit unique.

Fitz and Pepper are getting to know each other.

Pepper grew up. He was only a kitten for a couple of days.

Jasmine had just one kitten named Otis. He’s the 4th generation of his line. He’s got all of his mother’s spots and his father’s patches of color. One thing I don’t see is the faint stripes that have been passed down by Mango. Here’s a shot of the little family.

Fitz and Jasmine watch television together. Jasmine’s face in this one cracks me up.

Ginger’s ghost came to visit and Fitz was so happy to see his mother again.

The three sisters found some time to play videos together.

And that gets us caught up on everything!

All the cats are adorable. I do like Smartie's glasses. She really does look like a smarty.

Jasmine and her mom have the most beautiful spots! I don't know why, but it seems like most of the long haired cats start off with the Persian face as kittens, then their snouts go out when their older.

Jasmine is the mother. The kitten is Otis. And I agree about all long haired kittens having that flat face.

Chapter 42 - Moving Along

Butterscotch and Bobo decided they were ready to become parents. The mother-to-be went into labor at the library. Nobody bothered to take her to the hospital, so she took herself. She came out with a newborn baby boy named Jawbreaker.

After Jawbreaker’s first birthday, we found out he looks exactly like his aunt Lollipop.

He really is a cute little man. He’s not the star of the show, though, so I only have a couple of pictures of him.

As I’ve already mentioned, Lollipop is doing great with her Military career. She missed a promotion by just a tiny bit, though, and was trying to sweet talk her boss into giving her the promotion between shifts.

Does his skin look a little pale? That’s right. Lollipop’s boss is a vampire. In fact, it’s Miraj Alvi, one of the original townies.

She invited him out and invited him to parties, but nothing. She never got the option to ask for a promotion even though this was the first time she tried. Then as luck would have it, the Dreamweaver curse finally struck and Miraj died of starvation just as he was leaving one of the parties.

This now means that Lollipop’s new boss is someone she barely knows. She’s got one more promotion to go and having a bad relationship with the boss will make it a bit more difficult. To make up for it, Lollipop stayed up half the night working from home. She got a lot done, but will pay the price for not getting any sleep. If she doesn’t get the final promotion right now, she can surely get it in a couple of days when she works again.

It’s getting serious with her moving requirements. Lollipop took a six day trip to China to work on her athletic skill. She’s maxed to level 10, but still had a lot of strength training to do. She bought the nice tent when she arrived, along with some dried food, and spent the entire trip at the martial arts academy. It really helped her make great progress on SuperMaxing that skill.

The Lollipop returned from China, it was her birthday and Taffy threw her a party. And, yes, that’s a still-young vampire Mortimer Goth in the background. Beware the curse, Mortimer!

Bobo has an attitude while Lollipop’s sisters are celebrating.

Lollipop has a romantic interest in Jeffery Wooten, but truly, there are several eligible bachelors in town. She has no commitment to Jeffery, so these other guys can be possible spouses. The main problem with Jeffery is that he lives in a small, run down house. It would be a huge lifestyle change for Lollipop and I just don’t know if she really loves him. Butterscotch waited until after Lollipop’s birthday, but the time came for her to have her own home with her family. It was really hard to let her go, but it’s for the best. She carried little Jawbreaker to their new home.

Bobo would come home to a new place after work. And Otis the kitten went along, too.
