I also think it is the mark of a good player that they can see when something isn't working and can adjust their gameplay and go with the flow.
You certainly weave a fantastic story Pam.

I definitely agree with Rachel here. You know how to take a curve ball and run with it, Pam! It's definitely exciting to see our sims make their own decisions, especially after raising them from nooboohood.

Chapter 29 - Settling In and Starting a Family

After her wedding, Taffy and three of the cats moved in with Noe. She brought Ginger and her parents, Heidi and Mango. Elijah belongs to Pez, so he stayed with the house full of cat lovers.

The first order of business was to get rid of some of Noe’s roommates. First, the two vampires had to go. They got a house together somewhere in town. The next boots went to Ira O’Connell and Darcy Nielson. One roommate, Randi Chestnut, got to stay. She’s got the Neat and Family Oriented traits, so she can be a helpful friend to the family. She’s quite beautiful.

Noe didn't get a full makeover, but he did get some new clothes.

Next on Taffy’s list was to make some changes in the house itself. While it’s very roomy, the quality of the furnishings left a lot to be desired.

Here’s the new living area.

This is the studio where Taffy will paint. Noe is a Genius (along with Party Animal, Angler, Neat, and Handy) and wanted the chemistry table. His Lifetime Wish is to have a perfect aquarium, so I don’t know how much he’ll use it.

And this one is the nursery.

Taffy and Noe started on their family right away. Both were exhausted from the long and crazy day, but Taffy got pregnant on the first try thanks to the Fertility Treatment.

The pregnancy went well and she was a cutie walking around with her belly sticking out.

Labor came exactly on schedule.

Taffy gave birth to a perfect little girl and named her Lollipop, the second heir to the Dynasty. She will be both an athlete and a genius.

After thinking long and hard, Taffy made a very big decision. She had spent her life focused on what she had to do and now she was done. Lollipop’s birth freed Taffy from all of her restrictions, but it made her sad that she was so close to Elderhood and probably wouldn’t live to see her daughter grown, much less meet her grandchildren. So, Taffy drank the potion that she was able to purchase with her happiness points.

Suddenly her clock turned back in time, the wrinkles vanished, and Taffy was young again.

That's the plan at the moment. I haven't decided on a career, though, and that could change everything.

I normally call them by their full names.

Tom, I wouldn't call Lollipop Dreamweaver Lolly for short. If you, or Pam referred to Lollipop as Lolly, she will be mistaken for Lolly Racket in Twinbrook.

Chapter 30 - Baby Days

I really like Noe the way he is and had no intentions of changing him. But he’s already got some athletic skill, so when an opportunity came for him to work out for three hours without breaking a sweat, he wanted to do it. He headed off the the gym and did the weight machine first.

Next he got on the treadmill for only about an hour.

This is the result. Hubba hubba!

Noe’s been getting to know Lollipop and the cats.

Randi helps with Lollipop, too.

And I think she has a thing for Ira. They’ve been hanging out a little.

Taffy and Noe had a party and invited all of her family. Tootsie and Roll are teenagers now.

When it was time for Lollipop to age up to Toddler, Noe threw a party for her. Do you see that bump under Taffy’s shirt? Yes, she’s pregnant again!

Of course, it was during Lollipop’s birthday party that Taffy went into labor. She gave birth to another little girl named Butterscotch. She’s Friendly and Easily Impressed.

Lollipop’s favorite color is Spiceberry. *Groan* I really don’t want yet another child dressed in those same Spiceberry clothes, so Lollipop will wear lots of pretty candy colors... like a lollipop!

She’s got her mother’s hair color and her father’s green eyes. I don’t think she’s got Christopher’s thin lips, but we’ll have to wait until she’s older to know for sure.
