Chapter 15 - Let’s Get Rolling Again

When we left off last time before my hiatus, Taffy had been born as the first heir and is now a toddler.

As Taffy’s toddler years started, Zelda aged to Adult and started having a Mid-Life Crisis.  One of her wishes was to dye her hair.  She had always wanted to be a redhead.



She also needed to change her Lifetime Wish.  Being a mother of a toddler with another on the way (yes, she’s pregnant) doesn’t leave much time to become a Rock Star. She’s quit her job in the Music career anyway.  She’ll be Super Popular instead.  Perhaps this will also help with the moving requirement of having 10 Best Friends in the household.

Zelda’s Mid-Life Crisis also prompted her to have a small fling with Roy Free.  It was just some harmless flirting and, thank goodness, it didn’t damage her reputation or her marriage to Christopher.



Taffy is a lovely child.  She’s got Christopher’s hair color and eye shape, and Zelda’s eye color.  I have a nagging suspicion that she may have Zelda’s mouth, too.  That would be something completely different for anyone with the Dreamweaver name.





Her daddy taught her how to walk and potty.





With the first heir born and well on her way in life, it’s time to focus on the moving requirements.  Christopher got the Legendary Host Lifetime Reward so he can throw parties that the NPCs will attend.  He’s already acquainted with several and just needs to become friends.  There’s lots more to do while Taffy grows up, so let’s get rolling!

Is that Deidre's Explorer top, or a Town Life Maternity outfit? I've wanted it forever, but I'm worried about it being faulty.  (I got bad CC a while back from the Sims 3 store).

Zelda looks great as a redhead! I think red is a popular haircolor choice, in and outside of Sims.

Is that Deidre's Explorer top, or a Town Life Maternity outfit? I've wanted it forever, but I'm worried about it being faulty.  (I got bad CC a while back from the Sims 3 store).

I don't know what Deidre's Explorer top is.  And I don't remember exactly where it came from, but it had to be an expansion or stuff pack, or from the Store.  It stayed with her as a maternity outfit, but it didn't expand as the pants did and it didn't look right at all.

As for the red hair...  did anyone notice it looks an awfully lot like Carina Dreamweaver's hair color?

Do you mean the one with the big skirt?  It's from the Store and called "Say Aww!"

Chapter 16 - Taffy’s Little Brother

Taffy won’t be an only child.  Zelda gave birth in her garden, just like she did with Taffy.  Now Taffy has a little brother named Pez.  His traits are Loves the Outdoors and Athletic.





Christopher likes to take his little ones out for walks in the stroller.  They really enjoy it, too.





Both parents are active in raising the kids.  Here you can see Christopher feeding Taffy her breakfast in the background while Pez enjoys the swing.  He’d be happy to be swinging 24 hours a day.



Christopher and Zelda finally had a moment to have lunch together.  I don’t think Christopher is digging Zelda’s hair.  It sort of gives him the creeps for some reason.  Maybe it’s time for a change.



After Christopher taught Taffy how to walk and potty, Zelda was the one who wanted to teach her to talk.



She’s a cutie, for sure.

After the excitement of having their second (and last) child, both Christopher and Zelda get back to the important matters of the moving requirements.  Christopher went fishing and Zelda went to a party at Bella Bachelor’s house.  I don't think I've seen Bella with that particular hairstyle.  I think it suits her.



One of them (Christopher or Zelda) will have to represent the tombstone that gets left behind, so they both need to have a lot of happiness points to make sure the tombstone is at least a medium size (as required).  If they can both achieve their Lifetime Wishes, that would go a long way toward making that happen.  It will break Taffy’s heart when her parents are gone, but one of them has to die before she can move out and start her own family.

Zelda looks more like Indigo than Carina to me. Perhaps the musical talent and the childish trait have something to do with it. 

Pez is quite original. I didn't think of that one if it was a boy. I was betting on either Hershey or Twix. I'm going to make my third guess on the third baby: Twix, Hershey, or Baby Ruth if it's a boy. Kit-Kat if it's a girl. I can't think of any other candy's appropriate for a girl's name, besides Kit-Kat.
