I know I'm a bit late in saying this, but I agree with everyone - That is one gorgeous wedding chapel!
It looks cosy, intimate and like it's a part of the outdoors. I think it's the great, soft color scheme that does it.

@JinxyDearest, the chairs are from the store, available here - I think a fair amount of the other stuff on the lot is from that set as well.

Chapter 75 - Death is Just a Color

The Dreamweaver cats from around town have been visiting the household. Godiva, Charms, Kris, and Wanda have been going to the cats’ homes and bringing them back for a visit. All the cats are adults, so they’re able to leave anytime they wish.

It’s been great fun having them around, although it takes literally days to get them all at the house at the same time. A Sim has to go to where the cat lives, gain entry, become familiar with the cat, pick it up, come back home, and put the cat down in the house. Sounds simple, right? Don’t kid yourself. Everything goes wrong and it takes forever!

The visiting cats often have low needs. They have free access to the food bowls, scratching posts, beds, and each other. Some are better than others about tending to their needs. Getting to a bed for sleep is the worst.

The fun and games came to a halt when Zoey passed away during one of her visits. Grim was gentle with her, but it upset the entire household. The other cats mourned for days, crying for their lost family. The Sims couldn’t help but wonder if Grim would have come for Zoey if she was safely in her own home. But sweet Zoey had lived a long and happy life, even growing to Elder twice, thanks to a Young Again potion. She gave up her chance to be a blue ghost by purchasing the potion, along with other nice things for herself and Gilbert to enjoy. I really don’t think she’s miserable being a red ghost. After all, death is just a color, right?

Godiva decided to build a kitty cemetery on her land at Pinocle Pond. She put in everything a ghost kitty might need: food, litter box, scratching post, toys, and everything else on the list. Kris came and upgraded the feeders to automatically refill so there will never be empty bowls. She made a trip to the mausoleum to collect Zoey’s remains and was surprised to also find Gilbert there. I didn’t know he had died. She also found Elijah and Heidi. There will be a big family reunion at the new cemetery. After leaving the mausoleum, Godiva went to Taffy’s house to collect the remains of Ginger and Mango. There are now 6 Dreamweaver kitties buried at Pinocle Pond.

Elijah’s ghost was the first to make an appearance. Then off he went on some kind of kitty adventure.

No sooner had the moodlets of death left Sullivan, Kia, Duchess, and Pippa (remember the Sims all have the Stone Hearted reward) than Kris’ mother, Wanda, passed away. It was not unexpected and was, in fact, overdue. Wanda lived 100 days. Her death and the placement of her tombstone triggered a flurry of activity for Godiva as she took care of the last details of her moving requirements.

The first order of business was to get George locked in as her fiance. And so she did.

Sadness. It was mildly upsetting when the cat died. Is the tall tombstone a requirement?

Yeah, it upset me, too. I wasn't expecting something like that at all. The requirement is for either a medium or a tall tombstone.

The graveyard for the cats is such a special place, I'm sure al the kitty's will be very happy there. I'm always sad when a cat dies in my game.

I believe it came with the Town Life Stuff Pack, although I may be wrong.

The kitty cemetery was touching, especially the objects for the kitty ghosts to use (we did something similar with one of our cats last year, and it made things easier.) I'll have to start doing that in my games now for pets.

Chapter 76 - Name That Dreamweaver!

Not all of the Dreamweavers are blessed with the non-aging bug. Let’s take a look at some of them and see if you can tell who’s who. I normally describe the picture before you see it, but this time, I’ll put the description below it so you can have a chance to guess before seeing who it it.

She’s wearing her Dress to Impress hair. Here’s another one that might be easier.

Yep! That’s Lollipop, Godiva’s grandmother.

This one is easy because we’ve seen him as an elder already. It’s Dean, Lollipop’s husband.

He’s a handsome fellow, I think. That’s TicTac Wiggins as a teenager. He’s Gobstopper and Latarsha’s son.

I might have already shown this guy as a teen. This is Crunchie Dreamweaver, Charms’ younger brother.

Another handsome young man. He reminds me of Oliver from my Dreamweaver Immortal Dynasty. Oliver was Periwinkle’s husband and Banana’s father. However, this is York Dreamweaver, Godiva’s brother.

Easy, right? I’ve shown her already in other posts. It’s Chewit Dreamweaver, Charm’s sister.

This is a good one. I was surprised when I saw who it was. This is Peaches Dreamweaver, Heath’s wife. And Heath is Charms' brother.

And this is Heath himself. First he lost his gorgeous head of hair when he turned Adult, then it turned gray at Elder.

This pretty girl is KitKat Wiggins, Gobstopper and Latarsha’s other child. She’s a teen.

Another of Charms’ siblings. This is Kerie, who was born after Charms moved out.

He might look familiar, too. It’s Skor, who is Heath and Peaches’ son.
